  2. Vegan diet with his routines is going to be x100 times more expensive and x10 longer without subs if your aim is to build like him. Nevertheless, respect for his work and strength.

    1. I am vegan as well and gain muscles and lose fat. Maybe I gain more with meat, but I don’t need to. Just want to live healthy. I never felt more healthy and fit in my life. That is what counts at the end.

    2. Are you for real? Its simple. Cheekpeas as an example, have the same amount of protein as chicken.. 500grams or a can of cheekpeas cost roughly…. nothing. However 500grams of chicken would require a minor loan from the bank nowdays. Now.. that being said… you AVOID ALL the bullshitt that the chicken had to eat.. to build on that “dense” muscle you crave for building ur own.. and you gain _ONLY_ good amino acids from the cheekpeas, not to forget theres no cholesterol either! So set aside the shitt in the chicken, or cow! Its CHEAPER eating veg. Now, we could move onto lentils? Or beans or what have you.. You are lazy 🙂 Because your saying exactly what i said 2 years ago.. and its such bullshitt xD End of story.

    3. Lol if you eat whole foods (beans, lentils, peas, oatmeal, rice) its pretty damn cheap. Tofu is pretty cheap too (depends on which country u live) and is not voluminous at all. You can always eat lots of hummus and make your own bean patties which reduces volume a lot.
