  11. to me there is nothing more gayboy as one of these videos of guys doing idiotic workouts…ok, he’s got a good grip and some shit, so does that make him a better man? fuck no. If you want to get strong for a certain purpose, go do chin ups and push ups, and afterwords you go read  a book a make a prayer, that’s what I would call “ladder of success”, not some half ass strong dude that gets an allowance from his mom…hey mah, the meat loaf, fuck!

    1. This is just superb, I’ve been looking for “good calisthenic workout” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of – Jamescan Calisthenics Caboshed – (search on google ) ? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my m8 got amazing success with it.
