  1. I used to use a lot of these before I came to 801010, in fact it’s how I came across the lifestyle in the first place. But now all I do is wash with water. Probably once a week I’ll wash my body with Dr Bronners and wash my hair with baking soda. I use coconut oil on my skin almost every day and use shae butter on my lips in these cold months 🙂

  3. Fun video!  I may try the ACV + H2O to wash my face at night.  Right now I just use tap water but I think I will try filtered water and ACV.  🙂

    Is not easy to see the products’ label, so i wasn’t sure what to look for. Anyway, I ended up biying the Dr. Bronner’s, apple cider vinegar, coconut oil (not the same brand as yours) toothpaste (could’t hear the brand at all), crystal deodorant (coyldn’t find your brand), dr. woods Coconut Milk Soap and some other things. Please let me know if these are ok. The toothpaste I ended up with is non-fluoride. Is it suppose to be like that?

    1. Hey! Thats great 🙂 Good Finds. Sorry if I was moving quick I was trying to cut the time down. I love every kind of Dr. Bronners so you cant go wrong, all coconut oil is great too. The toothpaste I use is Green Beaver and Earth Paste, I only use non-flouride so thats perfect. I looked up that soap, i bet it smells yummy

    I am new to all this, and I dont know exactly what to eat. Today I had three bananas for breakfast, lemon water through the day, lettuce, vegan salad dressing, and pineapple chunks for lunch, and Some almond halves. Still dont know what to eat for dinner of if i should have a smoothie. Can you help me? Please. I think i am not eating enough calories. I do workout (high intensity) four days a week at night. What can i eat??? Can you help me with some meal ideas? Thank you in advance.

  7. Having the username that I do, I was gonna ask you what your favorite album is, but saw that you said Load in response to someone else asking.  My first reaction was, “really?”  But to each their own, I suppose 😉

    Anywho, I also saw that you bought tickets to see them in Europe this summer, that’s super neat! I saw them in 2008, it was a fantastic concert and despite being in the nosebleeds {their tickets are just so damn expensive}, it was everything I could have hoped it would be and more..except seeing them in the 80’s..THAT would have been amazing!

  8. Hey, thanks for the vido! Ive got one tip for washing your hair.
    Mud! its a great cleanser. good at drawing impurates and absorbing dirt. Benton clay, fullers earth (popular ones, there are so many to choose from). mix it with water, rosemary water, sage water, lemon juice, (these ones are good at absorbing oils from the scalp and are anti fungal) but again there are many otherthings. with a few drops of essental oil for sent and benefits; lavender, peppermint = anti fungal and anti itch…. hope you like my suggestion. let me know how it goes if you try it 🙂
