But i do not have a bottle that big for smoothies, so i want to know what size is it and where did you find it?? id like one that can hold a whole smoothie in it so i can just carry it around with me not drink cup after cup pouring it out of the blender slowly. So do a sister a favor and tell me what size and where you got yours. Planning on buying your book raw till 4.

  5. Im seeing so many mixed comment saying either the diet was amazing or it sucked and its terrible for you. I have no qualifications but it seems like the vegan diet is good for you if you have the right body type blood type ect and for others the diet may not work for them and thats ok.

    1. Because protein keeps you feeling full…so no need to snack or binge eat! Just add some meat or fish along with the veggies & sweet potatoes…

    not fully vegan yet because I’m only 14 and I’m trying to convince my familly to let me go vegan. I’ve been vegetarian for a while now and I’ve always wanted to go vegan. it feels good not to eat my friends, but I can’t wait to get rid of all animal products in my life.

  10. Hey Freelee! I was going through your videos and here is what I think. I definitely see why people call you a bully, but I guess it’s just because you are very passionate about what you are spreading out to everyone, you don’t like when people denounce it. I would just be careful, because everyone seems to take what you are trying to get out there wrong.
    Anyways I also wanted to say is I feel like you were actually attacked on the Today show… it was awkward to watch. It was like they put you on air to try and say, well don’t listen to online fitness and health gurus… but you totally put that woman in her place, that was really awesome.
    Lastly, your diet works for you!! That is what is most important… and I’m sure many other girls! I like what you are trying to influence.. maybe to everyone you just come across as very aggressive rather than obviously passionate… you know what I mean? keep doing what you are doing and I am so excited to see your show about helping women reaching health goals.

  12. I’m a pescatarian and i avoid milk. I eat fresh eggs from my chickens and i’ve never felt better. Humans are made. For. Seafood! There is so many proven benefits of fish. As long as you make sure they’re fished or bred ethically, it’s fine! My health is incredible, i highly recommend eating seafood

  16. Don’t do this diet with all this fruit if you have diabetes because the fruit turns straight to sugar and their goes your A1c levels through the roof.
