  1. This is a marvelous meal solution for dieters, whether we are low calorie, low carb, low fat, low-you-name-it!

  2. I always have tons of zucchini and yellow squash this is perfect I can’t wait to make this it looks absolutely delicious my two favorite vegetables

  3. That looks awesome!  The way I make mine and I am not a chef, I cut the noodles, put salt on them to get rid of the moisture, rinse in very cold water. then dry on a salad spinner and serve with my little mix of slightly sauté garlic in olive oil , little salt and pepper and topped with toasted sesame seeds. It is refreshing!

  4. I will so try this when we have zucchinis in our garden again, as they usually end up being given away or being forgotten… But this sounds like the perfect light meal when it is hot outside 🙂

    1. +Laiba Yeah I was on about the rennet. It comes from the lining of cow stomach which most definitely isn’t vegetarian
Also, I’m vegan xD So at this stage I know about all the different types of vegetarians and whatnot.

    2. You can be a lactovegetarian, actually there are many variations in the vegeterians even pescetarian (you can eat fish) 🙂 I used to be lactovegetarian

    1. +Jackie Laila Well they could use real cheese and it would be vegetarian. It’s the fact that they used Parmesan cheese which uses the rennet of a cow to produce

  5. used to be a huge fan of allrecipe’s web site but it’s become so bogged down with ads it’s not worth visiting anymore. I live on the Oklahoma/Arkansas border, and the site tells me about eggs being on sale in Seattle or flour being on sale in Chicago. wtf allrecipes!!!!
