Β If you ever come back to Hawaii look for a Down To Earth store, depending on what island you’re on and certain products can be kind of pricey but other stuff isn’t. Β The one by my house has vegan pizza with non-dairy cheese. Β I haven’t tried it yet but I want to.

  8. Please everyone watching this video be aware that EVERY body is different and everything that you put on it affects it in different ways. Fats are a VERY important macronutrient and your body actually NEEDS it in order to function properly. Some vitamins (A, D, E, K) are liposoluble, meaning they can only exist in fat. One of the main functions of your liver is to produce substances to dissolve and utilize the fats that go into your digestion for all of their purposes: they are mainly what the membranes of your cells are made of, they take part into SO many hormone production, specially those that come from your adrenal glands (cortisol, aldosterone and sexual hormones), you need fats through your arteries for your cardiovascular system in order to work right, and many more. Heard of bad cholesterol and good cholesterol? Well, they are named like that for a reason. You need that good cholesterol. The lack of it forces your body to go out of it’s “comfort zone” to look for it, which on the long run, is not healthy for you at all.

    Now, these girls obviously had this big problem with acne and the main cause of cystic acne is believed to be related with sexual hormones, which is why it is more common in teenage years for it to appear. Eliminating all of the fats of their diet worked because, as I said, fats are the main molecule your body uses to produce sexual hormones and this way, you are restricting them. But, also, this restriction will cause some other problems on the long run, google it and you’ll see.

    Girls, you actually have such a healthy lifestyle, you are so active and you eat obviously healthy sources of foods all the time. But bodies need fats. They are made to work with fats. Your body reacts to your hormones this way but please do not promote the “no fat at all diet”. It’s like someone allergic to nuts telling you not to eat nuts EVER because you could die.
    Everyone concerned about their diet please do some research about what you need in order to function, how does your body work, how to give it everything it needs. The problem is not the fat, or the carbs itself, it’s WHERE THEY COME FROM, and also, how much you’re taking.
    The main health principle is excess is as bad as a lack of. So many diseases are caused bay the lack of x substance.
    You, reading this (if you’ve made it so far) please take care of your body. It’s the only one you have.

  12. kauai is beautiful. i vacationed there few years ago but man that is a quiet laid back life. i dont think you guys have a night life in there but thats what i was looking for so it was perfect
