  1. Really? I mean I’m all for this but why the middle school vibrant colors. Why the middle school attitude… This entire video looks like you filtered the threshold to 80%.. I mean my entire family grows our own food and when we bump into overly hyper people like this it’s just a migraine. I like promoting health but there’s no need for this much color or that much little girl speak. Why are you even bragging about running, the video is about food. Just get over yourself.

    1. This made complete sense, colors = happiness. Right… please prove that. She’s loving and joyful when did I ever mention she was loving, joyful, or neither. I’m proud of MYSELF not I’m proud to brag to everyone. Be more logical, I can only read words on here not your body expression.

She uses colour in her videos because it represents happiness, she’s loving and joyful when since did that became a sin, she’s talking about her running because she’s proud of herself for what she’s done. Haven’t you ever feel that feeling??? So not she will not “just get over herself” because of people like you

  2. Isn’t eating a lot of fruit bad for you because of the high sugar content. For example I know if someone has diabetes, they are not supposed to eat watermelon because of the super high sugar content.

    1. I don’t know if this is true but Kristina said in one of her other videos that she wasn’t aloud to eat a lot of sugar because of her hypoglycaemia….but Kristina said that it’s a different type of sugar again this is what kristina said I don’t know if it true..♡

    1. about $200-250 a week clearly not affordable for average income..we have to pay rent NOT..she is in wealthy type if environment she works hard thou..has her goals..

    2. me alone in Hawaiian island is $130-$210usd i take this over doctor bills any day i feel amazing every day

    3. Well that sure would make it easier! Haha. I just spent $500 for a week for my family of four on the Raw Til 4 diet! Hope its worth it! Were ready to be healthy.

  10. raw vegetables are better than fruits. I personally drink raw spinach and cilantro juice every morning onempty stomach.fruits are rich in sugar and both my parents have diabetes so I’m more of raw veggies fan then fruits. I do eat them but veggies rule my diet.

  11. How much fruit is safe to eat. I eat large amounts but people are telling me that all the fructose might cause liver fattening or whatever and it’s better to eat more vegetables. Is there any truth to this?

    1. evomoralesCO i don’t think so. a study from China shows that those who ate a lot of fruits had less chance a of heart disease that those who ate less. alcohol causes liver damage…

      thanks for your concern, im gonna try the raw vegan diet + juicing + green smoothies + spirulina + bitter almonds (b17), some people believe deficiency of b17 is a cause and bitter foods such as raw almonds provide good amounts of this… also walnuts and apple seeds,… i have found on youtube about a dozen people who cured their cancer with a raw food diet, others who cured just with bitter almonds, so i combine these together, one girl cured her brain cancer, she was terminal… anyway thanks for your concern and info!

    2. Hmm I am very sorry for you bro, I had a cancer scare recently as well and know how heartbreaking it is. Although there is not a lot of information backing up that a raw vegan diet can 100% cure cancer, most holistic treatments do not keep statistics on there cure success rate so you should be skeptical of them, but honestly I do not know enough on this topic to lead you so follow your heart on whats best.

      thanks my mother was diagnosed with cancer last week, so i am changing her diet to raw vegan because i have seen many people on youtube cure their cancer with raw vegan diet, but i dont want to make it too difficult for her so i need to think about transitioning her because i have to make sure she doesnt give up on it, is eating raw vegan very difficult,

    4. As long as it takes your body to get accustomed, which varies.  No need to rush going fully raw anyway, just eating a highly raw diet is more than optimal 🙂

The main problem I have as a raw vegan is that I have a desk job from 8 to 5 and I am extremely busy at work then how I can carry all these stuff to work? and when I wake up in the morning at 6 I do not have the appetite to drink or eat all these stuff. and Even if I carry them to my office I cannot eat and drink all the time, I need sth solid that gives me energy for the day. any ideas?

    1. +Dasha Launer..? it has to start with us…I recommend you make your juices at morning you can just add banana turn into smoothies.. it’s a learning process to incorporate and go green..

    2. I know..I as regular slave wake up and cannot deal with food at all or another day of routine as so recalibrate – raise your frequency so you do not even resonate with that still going to have to figure out how to make $ thou brave and programmed reality and system of slavery will end.. ♡ ♡

    1. Amy’s b basically, raw things are non processed, non cooked, vegan veggies/fruits/juices and you can make so much! You can blend things just not cook them. Almond milk is typically just almonds and water blent together
