    2. because she consumes whole foods only. With the high carb, low fat vegan diet you can eat as much as you want & its not gonna make you fat because it’s only nutritious foods 🙂

  5. Why are you guys getting so damn offended that people are pointing out that they wouldn’t be able to eat that much food?? Since she’s recovering it’s cool that she can, and I’m vegan but I personally couldn’t eat nearly that much food. Who cares?

    1. It can make som one with an eating disorder slip back into the unhealthy relationship with food if people say she’s eating too much

  7. People judge you for eating too much junk food, so then you cut out all junk food and eat a whole bunch of fruit and vegies, and food that is so good for your body, and guess what people do? Still judge you! It’s just mind boggling. Lol, get a life people.

  10. I’m so confused. 3,500 calories is equivalent to a lb of fat. I saw in your eating disorder video that the first time you gained weight after over restricting for a long time, you ended up rapidly gaining excess weight because you were binge eating. How did you not gain excess weight this time, consuming all these calories? How did you manage to gain weight slowly and get up to a healthy weight? I’m interested in following this diet, but I’m scared that its gonna make me gain weight because of all this unlimited food and no calorie restriction. I thought before I saw this video that the vegan diet helped people lose weight because fruit is so low calorie that its hard to overeat, but after seeing this video, now I’m having trouble understanding. Could you help me out here?

    1. its calories in and calories out. Scientifically a calorie is a calorie. Just like an inch is an inch, a cup is a cup etc. How does all these calories from fruit have a different effect?

    2. it depends on what you eat. you won’t gain one pound every time you eat 3,500 calories worth of food. she’s eating mainly fruit and veggies which is healthier for you than 3,500 calories of carbs or meat. i don’t really know the science behind it but it is very unlikely you’ll gain weight eating entirely fruits and vegetables

I am an Indian ,but my main lunch and dinner consists of wheat chappatis or multigrain chappatis for sure,and rest day I eat fruits and sweet potato,also oats but what she is eating just gave me a mini heart attack,( i just wanted to learn few more recepies) she has a big appetite ,keep going girl

  13. Can you eat this much because you eat vegan? Arent 3500 calories still 3500 calories? So enough calories to gain weight? It is better than eating 3500kcal of processed food but still how does it work? I like eating healthy and have vegan days but I am not vegan.

    1. Natassa Christodoulopoulou I don’t think you understand what anorexia is. Anorexia is where you stare yourself and have a low calorie restriction, something like 300 calories a day. Just because she eats a lot of fruit doesn’t mean she is going to become anorexic. Plus I’m pretty sure she is recovering from anorexia
