  3. These are soo yum. I used Kamut flour and date sugar as substitute and i didn’t even have to add my agave syrup. The pancakes were great as is. Thanks for the recipe.

    1. +sun shine Same here! I’ve tried probably ten times and it’s just never good. I think the biggest problem is that I don’t like to use regular flour because it’s so bad for you. I just bought an egg replacer though so fingers crossed!

    2. Guadalupe Medina me too. I used to make regular pancakes like a champ but since i turned vegan I failed every time.

    3. Guadalupe Medina maybe it’s the flour you used? I used unbleached all purpose flour once (dif brand than hers) and they came out funny. Switched back to regular all purpose flour and they were perfect again. Hope that helps!

    1. Whenever I cook for just myself I just half the recipe! And share with my dogs hahahaha
      I’m sure storing the batter should be okay πŸ™‚

  5. Hi Naomi, great pancakes, the process I used is a little different but the end result is the same. I have a Breville twin blade food processor, blah, blah, blah & just put all ingredients in it & pulsed in 3 times & it was ready to cook in seconds. Great tasting & I’m going to try it on my non vegan family, that’s going to be the really test. Cheers 😁

  6. So I made these once but with no blueberries and they were awesome! Then I made them just now with chocolate chips and I didn’t have banana so I took my chances and just didn’t put it in, I added a tidge more soy milk. They are still awesome!!! I’m obsessed with your recipes, they’re SO good πŸ™‚

  10. This is a really good recipe but bananas are better for digestion and a whole lot sweeter when you let them get really spotty before eating them! That’s when they’re really ripe! Just making a suggestion. I love your channel. :))

  11. I have watched a couple of vegan pancake videos. Urz is the best pancakes I have seen. I will definitely be making these this weekend. Can I just use organic pancake mix and add in bananas and blueberries?

  12. finally mastered my pancakes. I didn’t use as much almond milk and they came out great. I had frozen blueberries which were good but next time I will use fresh.

  13. Every time I put them on the stove to cook, they get burned and wont cook!I want to eat panckes, idk what to do? I ended up just baking them in the oven to make like a cake

  14. thank you, thank you, thank you. I have found a recipe which actually comes out like it says. I finally made the best vegan pancakes ever. All other recipes have failed and were wet on the inside. These were fluffy and tasty.

  15. I followed this recipe except I used coconut flour and coconut sugar and the dough was so thick I had to add a lot more milk and then when I put a scoop it wouldn’t turn into a pancake 😑 is it because I used coconut flour?? Because I did everything else correctly.
