  1. pro tip here: peel your bananas before freezing them. its really f***ing hard to peel them when frozen especially when you have a really good freezer.

    1. I do peel them prior to freezing… I wrote in the video that I found bananas already in the freezer from someone else putting them in there so I decided to peel them to refreeze

    2. I guess she probably does that too but the problem with having too many bananas is that they get brown even in the freezer, which doesnt really make the smoothie look appealing

    1. I got a job and just started buying my own groceries and cooking my own food now my mum is a vegetarian and my dad is starting to try vegan foods, partner has already made the switch to vegan haha funny how much you can influence your family with actions over words ๐Ÿ˜‰

    2. My parents don’t really care for it but I understand when parents do and don’t allow their children to go vegan. I myself became a vegetarian about a month and a half ago and my mother rarely eats meat, too. But a lot of vegan stuff (excluding fruit and vegetables obv) are pricey and sometimes even hard to get so we do have to order them online so I get that parents don’t really want to spend money on this stuff when the rest of the family eats the meal that’s originally cooked for everyone. That’s mainly why I wait until I move out before I try out the vegan lifestyle cause as a mother of 3 children I can’t have my mom cook for everyone individually.

    1. orthopicks i think someone overweight and exercised minimum 3 days a week for 30 minutes and ate vegan and a lot of fruit and veggies+ lots of water would lose weight. And also not junk food or greasy foods. ๐Ÿ™‚

    2. I think it’s always important to have a balanced diet, it might be smarter to have vegetables be the focus of your diet, obviously eat fruits too but meat more veggies than fruit, for the first few weeks, 20 minutes of exercise will probably be enough to make a difference but over time definitely increase the time

  8. I am also vegan and workout almost daily but I am struggling to find a proper caloric intake for myself. I am 27 and weigh 126 pounds. What is your average caloric intake?

  9. I could not understand how you can eat 4 bananas at one time I mean in a day I eat way more calories than you and I didn’t eat that healthy but I could never eat so many bananas at once I am full when I eat only one is it just me that can’t understand how that works???? ๐Ÿ˜‚
