  10. Hey Tess! I know this is a pretty old video but I’d like to try out your let’s get fit series. I have a question – for the workout shown, do you do certain sets for each exercise or is everything listed in the video the whole workout? Sorry if that’s a confusing question, I just want to make sure I don’t do too much or too less of reps for each exercise and possibly overdo myself hahah
