  1. make vegan gravy then add veggies and chick pea cook add salt pepper and boom vegan food that taste awesome (for gravy sage is key)☺🍴🍜

    1. Change over as soon as u can. Dairy is one of the worst things for you and the animals! : ) I know its the hardest to change but just watch a video about the treatment of dairy cows and what is in milk and it will be easier to let go of. (Best Speech You Will Ever Hear – Gary Yourofsky) There are so many alternatives out there now. I find them in my regular grocery store even. But it probably depends on where u live. PS Love your hair. : )

    2. I’m only a vegetarian I plan on becoming a vegan in the future. I’ve been getting much more creative with food. ❀️ I definitely enjoy food much more nowadays

  2. You are so cute with your sense of humor. Thank you for sharing. I didn’t know how to eat sense I stopped eating meat.

    1. Keep watching videos and maybe pick up a recipe book or ebook and just play. It seems daunting at first but it can be pretty easy. I’m not a cook so I like watching videos to see how things are made but then I use the spices I like or my favorite veggies or beans instead of what is mentioned. I hope u stay Vegan : ))

  3. You might like Humus or aubergine-paste on toast too… If you want I can send you the recipe I brought from my last trip to Israel. It’s all about the spices πŸ™‚

  4. Hi I love your videos! They are so amazing! I really wish there are written recipes though, because it would be much easier to follow than the video :< Anyways love your content <3

  6. Hi, beautiful! Thank you so much for such a great video or I should say videos. Good job! I love them all and suggesting my daughter use your recipes. One thing, if you keep looking at the camera that would be great ( only my opinion) , it is kind of distracting when you keep looking around. Other than that I love your videos. Give us some more ideas/Thanks you very much!

  7. How am I just now discovering your channel?! This video is just what I needed… I’ve been uninspired/ unmotivated with cooking lately so thank you for the simple yet delicious meal ideas!!

  8. I am binge watching all of your videos right now because I really want to eat healthier and I love the way you put together such good simple stuff! Thank you so much!!! And if I make any of your recipes I will be sure to shout out your channel in my postings!

  9. I seriously can’t understand all the comments of people obsessed with “healthy this” and “unhealthy that”. If someone is vegan for ethic (or if someone wants to try vegan recipes and gradually become vegan), then he/she must avoid all the yummy foods only because you have misconceptions about some foods? There are vegan websites based on science, so please avoid all these pseudoscience claims (and I say this to omnis and vegans in the comment section). Also, with this kind of mentality you wish to attract people? Let them try tasty vegan foods, these are also including grains, legumes, veggies, fruits, nuts and seeds, so they’re full of nutrients. Then, if somebody wants to be “the healthiest/fittest on the planet”, he/she will take the next steps for sure, without your comments.

  12. guys, I’m asking for an advice. I am a vegetarian more than half a year and lately I’ve been feeling very upset because I couldn’t enjoy my food… I would love to try making these new recipes that such channels suggest but there’s a huge problem with it… First, I live with my mom and she does not support me at all in this, she think I’m silly. She doesn’t let me buy certain types of foods, like there was even a scandal about soy milk. And the thing is that in our country all these sweet potatoes, avocado, tofu, almond milk (or any other kind of dairy-free milk), meat substitutes, etc. pretty much don’t exist. And even if I can magically find it somewhere my mom won’t let me buy it cuz she doesn’t trust such things for whatever reason. I don’t know what to do. Am I stuck forever with rice, soup and buckwheat?

    1. You said you’re a vegetarian which suggests that you still eat dairy products etc. so you can try transitioning very slowly so your mom won’t notice as much. ( like first no meat then no fish then leave the eggs) and so on) that’s what I’m doing with my parents. Also I’d suggest you offer to cook for the family like once or twice together which will show them that you still eat healthily.

    2. Jovis This may sound very simple, but just try make meals by frying, baking or boiling vegetables. You have alot of ingredients including vegetables only: plantain, potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice, cauliflower, brocilli, casava, carrots, asparagus, celery, different types of nuts, brussel sprouts, kale, lettuce, eggplant, oats, cabbage, a large variety of beans, squash, corn and so forth. These things can be combined and prepared different ways and offer a wide selection of food choices. For example, make veggie burgers. They can be made with chicken peas or sweet potatoes or black beans or baked beans. You can fry or bake them. Each combination a different taste to it. A meal can be made by using different types of beans and rice. You can try vegetable stir fry or vegetable fried rice or vegetable chow mien. Make sweet potato fries or mashed potatoes, potatoe salad. Try making vegetarian pizza (I love that).Usually for tge topping it’s just veggies, no meat substitutes. Make vegetarian spring rolls/ egg rolls. Most require veggies onky. Use plantains! You can boil it for dinner or fry it for breakfast. Try making different types of pasta.Theres alot if vegetarian pasta videos online. Try vegetarian ravioli (the ones the only require veggies). Make soup, I use ramen noodles, however I flavor it myself with vegetable broth or vegetable stock and spices. Or you can use lentil beans or make carrot soup. You can make vegetarian turkey using veggies alone. For snack try fruit eat them raw or bake then and serve with a dash of sugar. Try boiling cabbage, after it is well seasoned, and eat it over rice. Some days you’ll be real bored and eat just white rice with brocilli and a sauce like lobster sauce and soy sauce. Use sushi wraps to make different veggie meals.

  13. I LOVE ❀️ YOUβ€Όβ€Όβ€Όβ€Όβ€Ό…Don’t judge me lol β€Όβ€Όβ€Όβ€Ό

  14. I love the way you said scrambled tofu doesn’t taste like scrambled eggs.. because as someone who was raised a vegetarian, I am not looking for a meat substitute. I’m looking for a tasty meal.
