    1. The microondas change the nutrients of the foods with the powerfull energy (RADIATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). the microondas is a strong source of radiation. Is radiation for the foods that then u will eat. and it will travell for all your body. Really really if u think is not bad for you… logically .. u arent very inteligent… sorry

  14. I tried it and it wasn’t bad. I didn’t have milk so I mixed water and a few coffee beans together and added it in.

  16. I tried this and it had a really great flavor, however I used almond flour and it rose upon cooking but immediately fell. Probably has something to with the flour.

  17. This looks really good. I’m doing the Ketogenic Diet & wonder if I could sub almond flour for the w/w flour (I have no flour, sugar, grains or legumes in my home). I make a low-carb cake in the microwave a few days a week: crack an egg into a coffee cup and beat with a spoon till frothy, then add 1 Tbs. whipping cream, 2 Tbs. cocoa, a little vanilla & some sweetener, stirring to mix, microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.
