  2. I looks so amazing! YUM! But I don’t have a microave! Will the mug break in the oven from the heat?

    1. +Ξ£Ο…ΞΌΞ΅ΟŽΞ½ Ξ›Ξ±Ξ³ΟŒΟ€ΞΏΟ…Ξ»ΞΏΟ‚ You will need to use a heat proof mug if using the oven.

  3. I just made it, very good taste, I love it… but the dough didn’t grow at all. I used yeast.

    1. The microondas change the nutrients of the foods with the powerfull energy (RADIATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). the microondas is a strong source of radiation. Is radiation for the foods that then u will eat. and it will travell for all your body. Really really if u think is not bad for you… logically .. u arent very inteligent… sorry

    2. From the extensive research I have done (and discussions with scientists etc) there is nothing wrong with them. There is some outdated and misconstrued information making its way around the internet and a lot of people are misinterpreting the facts. I use themγ€€οŠγ€€γ€€γ€€
      Here are 3 links for you to have a look at with some interesting info:γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€ γ€€

  7. I’m addicted to this I’ve been eating it every night for the past 2 weeks it’s so horrible but I can’t stop.😫

  8. I literally made this like 5 mins. ago and its DELICIOUS! the more it cools the more you can taste the peanut butter! πŸ™‚

  9. Do you think you can please do this same recipe but in a cake version instead of this minature version. I wanna make a cake varsion to share

  10. I did this twice πŸ™‚ once like in the video and the second time I added one flaxegg and it tasted even better! Go ahead and try that

  11. I’ve tried LOADS of vegan cake/brownie in a mug recipe and I can hands down say this is the BEST EVER! And oil free too omgg<3. Thank you πŸ™‚

  12. Baking soda? There’s no such ingredient in Australia. It’s bicarb soda or baking powder – which should it be?

  13. just made this and it’s amazing! <3~ the texture is lovely and I really appreciate that it's oil free cuz I'm dieting right now, but keep craving cake and crap xp
thank youu so much dear for sharing ❀❀❀

  14. I tried it and it wasn’t bad. I didn’t have milk so I mixed water and a few coffee beans together and added it in.

  15. This is vegan? My first time making a mug cake and this one is soooo good plus easy. Hits my chocolate cake craving. Yum!!

  16. I tried this and it had a really great flavor, however I used almond flour and it rose upon cooking but immediately fell. Probably has something to with the flour.

  17. This looks really good. I’m doing the Ketogenic Diet & wonder if I could sub almond flour for the w/w flour (I have no flour, sugar, grains or legumes in my home). I make a low-carb cake in the microwave a few days a week: crack an egg into a coffee cup and beat with a spoon till frothy, then add 1 Tbs. whipping cream, 2 Tbs. cocoa, a little vanilla & some sweetener, stirring to mix, microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.
