  1. so excited for you! ! love to watch your fitness journey. I would one day want to be at 120 with 10-15% body fat. now I’m 144 with 28% body fat ๐Ÿ˜’. by the way, how do you measure your body fat. I know the scale isn’t accurate ,that’s what I use though

  4. You look amazing, love your hair. I hope you share what you eat. I eat high carb and have been given macros that are lower in carbs and higher in fat and proteins. I am plant based but not not vegan but struggle to eat less carbs and more protein would love to know how you did it. Dont want to go back to just eating meat. New sub.

  6. Congrats Your making great progress and to do it as a vegan is awesome! Bikini Competitions are exciting I did my first one about a week ago on June 24 it will definitely get you to your goal or close to it so just have fun. Good luck on your journey!

  7. Where you doing 80/10/10? And if so, did you try just upping your protein intake while diminishing your fat intake to 80/5/15? or even 75/5/20?

  8. I’m 18 (turning 19 next month) and I seriously need to work out. I’m unsure of what I could possibly do to tone up, lose some weight off of this 5’9, 149 lbs body, but this is actually pushing me to finding out what I could do at home to achieve that goal. ๐Ÿ™‚

  9. Your on your way you will see results in soon. Watermelon and fruit with oatmeal or grits in the morning and drink fresh juices or juices without high fructose corn syrup..That stuff fattens and keeps your stomach fat. for lunch veggie burgers black bean burgers or soy nuggets in a salad.

  10. snack on almonds grapes berries sweet potato chips but leave cakes cookies and doughnuts alone yoy will be surprised how much weight you lose. Take supplements as well.

  13. Great video! Congrats on entering a vegan bodybuilding competition!! I’m still working on my vegan lifestyle, and I’m a work in progress. I need to stop eating dairy, and I will. I eat mostly vegan though. I would love to see more of your training with your trainer because I love those exercises at the end.

  17. When you first started with the high carbs low fat, were you not on a calorie deficit? Because that’s the only reason I can think of as to why you didn’t burn fat at first.
