  1. Here’s a recipe for sugarfree banana cupcakes that are only 110 calories each:

    (Makes 12 cupcakes)
    (Dry Ingredients)
    -1/2 cup Wholemeal flour
    -1/2 cup All purpose flour
-1/2 cup Sweetener (I use Erythritol)
    -1/4 cup Oat flour
    -1/2 tsp Salt
    -3/4 tsp Baking Soda
    -3/4 tsp Baking Powder

    (Wet ingredients)
    -1 Ripe Bannana (Mashed)
    -1 Large egg
    -1/2 cup water
    -1/4 cup Flavorless Oil
    -1/4 cup Skim Milk

Literally just mix all wet ingredients into dry ingredients and *bake in preheated oven at 180C for 10-12 minutes*

    1. lol!!!! Ohh— and this is even MORE funny because I’m eating watermelon as I read this! No harm meant- I just thought Azarel was being ‘punny’Β  :

    2. I provide the ingredients lists so people know what to buy, but most people don’t need to purchase water. Cheers

  2. Ohhhh—looks so yummy! I would love to do banana-kiwi or banana-pineapple.Β  *sigh* the possibilities are endless!

  3. Let’s look into the truth – most of the recipes are vegan.. Vegans are everywhere. Gosh it’s not about diet already, it’s just about to be “in trend”

    1. Thanks for watching! I have a lot of videos and recipes that are not vegan πŸ™‚ Cheers

    2. +Mind Over Munch I mean…too many vegan recipes..I’d really like to see something not vegan. I’ve already watched all your videos

    3. What do you mean? I share vegan recipes because many of my viewers request them, and I love experimenting with vegan cooking. All of the recipes are not vegan, I try to provide a variety to be accessible to all lifestyles. cheers

  4. What a wonderful and healthy idea! This is something my three year old and I can make together this summer <3

  5. You always get my mind working on the possibilities Alyssia! Thanks for the inspiration! I am thinking about different teas and fruit combinations.

    1. lol! I have been getting attacked when things use more than 2 ingredients and I was worried people would be trolls and say “water is a third ingredient!”

  6. The kiwi one is soo pretty πŸ˜€ flavor wise though, most stoked to try that watermelon/coconut combo

  7. awesome please subscribe to my channel I’ll be posting some awesome huge haul, via daughter just got married June 25th πŸ˜‰

  8. I so took your idea and ran with it…..canteloupe and coconut cream, canteloupe and blueberry chunks, raspberries with canteloupe, I also made some cucumber and lime pops, they are so refreshing and delicous, highly recommended πŸ˜‰I simply love your channel! Thanks for the inspiration chica! Me thinks my kids will be happy for days to come lol!

    1. Awesome!! Those combos sound so delicious! Cantaloupe is one of my favorite fruits πŸ™‚ Glad you enjoyed!!

  9. Oh my god, I had no idea those little bags exist. I COULD MAKE MY OWN LOW CARB POPSICLES, SCREECH!

  10. Ohhh myyyyy gooosh those look soooooo gooooodπŸ˜˜πŸ‰πŸ“πŸπŸ‡πŸπŸŠπŸ‹πŸˆ

    1. You can just do plain watermelon if you’d like! Coconut water would add great flavor too πŸ™‚

    2. The watermelon is watery enough on it’s own. Adding coconut water will just delute the flavor. a small amount of Coconut milk might work though.

  11. I’m so jealous about the coconut milk yogourt, I can’t find any anywhere! πŸ™ For now, I get my probiotics from Kombucha. I know I could do it myself, but I have health problems so I can’t right now.

About the popsicles, I never make my own recipes because I’m worried that it will be just a bunch of ice crystals. That’s what I remember from my own experiment as a child. I don’t remember my “recipes” though!

    1. I’ve found the popsicles don’t get as bad of freezer burn in these little plastic packages because no part is exposed to the air πŸ™‚

  12. So Freakin genius! love this ideal! I’m going to amazon right now. This will really help with the heat & being on the go. Thank you so much

  13. omg you saved my summer! That amount of sugar in some ice-thingis ….:o creeepyyy oO !! <3 Loveee it!

  14. I have a disease and certain foods makes me sick! This channel helps me a ton with making awesome food!

  15. what if instead of using coconut shreads, I could use a ratio of watermelon and coconut water, since I don’t like shreads of coconut

    1. of course! You can omit the shreds completely and use coconut water or even just plain watermelon! πŸ™‚

  16. I’m 13 4,10 and weight 130 pounds
I thought of pro Ana, and I tried it for a week. I lost 1 KG in that week I was really happy… but hungry I only ate 280 calories a day. I have a tread mill and I’ve tried eating healthy and exercising as well but it didn’t really work, I only lost a pound in one week. I need help idk which path to take. If I exercise and eat healthy I will gain again but being anorexic will take a while to regain 😭 idk what to do please help

    1. I suggest seeking help from both family members and a health professional. There are many ways to pursue a healthier lifestyle and lose weight, but starving yourself is not an appropriate choice. It is important to take care of your body and you CAN lose weight in a healthy way. Eating well and adopting a healthy lifestyle are a start, but mental health and your relationship with food is just as important. You are very young and if you are already having these struggles mentally and physically it is essential that you seek help from a professional. Sending positive energies and love <3

  17. Is it possible for you to make vegan pancakes or vegan French toast? I’ve been vegan for 2 years and I miss them! Thank you! You rock!

    1. I’ve done vegan pancakes, I don’t think I’ve tried vegan French toast! Will brainstorm πŸ™‚ Thanks!

  18. Discovered Mind Over Munch maybe a year ago? Still absolutely in love with your easy healthy recipes! Thank you so much!! πŸ™‚

    1. i was thinking if i packaged and sealed them at high heat, it may preserve them,Β  like when you make your own jam,Β Β  but the freezie bag cant hold the temperature a mason jar can hahaΒ  this is hard

    2. quick question,Β  whats the perishability of the freezies?Β  im looking for a recipe where i can make them, seal them shut and leave them unfrozen on a shelve for months, any ideas?

    3. i make skin creams, and learned only a glass one would work to fill the containers,Β  the plastic one started to look like … lets say the trunk of an elephant from the heat haha

    1. Aw man that’s a bummer, I love kiwi, too! But the best fruit is always fresher and what’s in season in your area!
