  1. Here’s a recipe for sugarfree banana cupcakes that are only 110 calories each:

    (Makes 12 cupcakes)
    (Dry Ingredients)
    -1/2 cup Wholemeal flour
    -1/2 cup All purpose flour
    -1/2 cup Sweetener (I use Erythritol)
    -1/4 cup Oat flour
    -1/2 tsp Salt
    -3/4 tsp Baking Soda
    -3/4 tsp Baking Powder

    (Wet ingredients)
    -1 Ripe Bannana (Mashed)
    -1 Large egg
    -1/2 cup water
    -1/4 cup Flavorless Oil
    -1/4 cup Skim Milk

    Literally just mix all wet ingredients into dry ingredients and *bake in preheated oven at 180C for 10-12 minutes*

    1. You can just do plain watermelon if you’d like! Coconut water would add great flavor too πŸ™‚

    2. The watermelon is watery enough on it’s own. Adding coconut water will just delute the flavor. a small amount of Coconut milk might work though.

  11. I’m so jealous about the coconut milk yogourt, I can’t find any anywhere! πŸ™ For now, I get my probiotics from Kombucha. I know I could do it myself, but I have health problems so I can’t right now.

    About the popsicles, I never make my own recipes because I’m worried that it will be just a bunch of ice crystals. That’s what I remember from my own experiment as a child. I don’t remember my “recipes” though!

    1. I’ve found the popsicles don’t get as bad of freezer burn in these little plastic packages because no part is exposed to the air πŸ™‚

    I thought of pro Ana, and I tried it for a week. I lost 1 KG in that week I was really happy… but hungry I only ate 280 calories a day. I have a tread mill and I’ve tried eating healthy and exercising as well but it didn’t really work, I only lost a pound in one week. I need help idk which path to take. If I exercise and eat healthy I will gain again but being anorexic will take a while to regain 😭 idk what to do please help

    1. i was thinking if i packaged and sealed them at high heat, it may preserve them,Β  like when you make your own jam,Β Β  but the freezie bag cant hold the temperature a mason jar can hahaΒ  this is hard
