    1. I’m so glad you found it useful, thank you! I used the vitamix in this video, but you can use any regular old smoothie for most of these ๐Ÿ™‚ I invested in a vitamix because I use it literally every day for all types of recipes but it is more than most people need for an average blender ๐Ÿ™‚

  14. Hi, I have been using the bag method for quite awhile. It really helps when I freeze my yogurt in a glass casserole dish then cut into cubes. This allows me to prep all ingredients and dump into blender with either coconut water, coconut milk, or almond milk. Delish!

    1. 1 Tablespoon! The recipes are provided in the PDF that’s linked in the description of the video ๐Ÿ™‚ This one has a minor mistake (the last recipe in the list should be titled “Peanut Butter Chocolate milkshake”!) but the recipe is correct!
