  1. Hey Tess!!! I was just wondering, when u box, what gloves do you use? Because to my knowledge, most gloves are made with leather and the synthetic ones just don’t last as long. Any thoughts?

    1. I’ve been using the gloves that the boxing class provides, I’m buying my own soon and looking for a non leather brand/pair! Definitely buying vegan ones

    2. I see. I was thinking of getting proper vegan ones instead of synthetic ones but sadly the only brand I could find doesn’t ship to where I’m at!! Hope you’ll have better luck! x

  3. At the cost of sounding overly critical, there is too much lower body movement in your cable cross pull exercises. Your legs should act like solid immoveable trunks with your upper body, or more specifically the abs/obligues, doing all the work. I could be wrong, but that is what I was taught. Thanks for sharing.

    1. There are different variations from what I’ve been taught! I keep the front of my feet flat and twist slightly to squeeze glutes on the sides as well, so it works more muscles than just the core. Your method is also correct and it works great too ๐Ÿ™‚

Hey Tess, I was in the gym today feeling a bit tired and unmotivated but thinking of the progress you’ve made and how many reps and stuff you manage to do in the gym really inspired me to push on and get excited about exercise again!     1. Acai berries come from the acai palm tree! They are known as a “super fruit” because they are supposed to be very good for your health ๐Ÿ™‚ I didn’t know anything about those fruits, I googled it ^^
