  1. Just made the ravioli!! It took like one and a half hours but it was SOO worth it! Also I’m not allowed to use white wine so I just used water, which was probably not the best idea but it was still good.
If anyone has replacement ideas for the white wine let me know

  2. I love pumpkin ravioli with butter and sage!
I must try these out. I wonder how I could keep them more often traditional… maybe bread crumbs and almonds instead of cashews to give a hint of amaretto?

If I can give just one tip to save time, once you rolled out your dough you scoop portions of the filling at the right distance on just half, fold over the other half on top, take out any air in between with your finger (or it will break during boiling!) and then cut it with your pasta cutter.
It saves time and also seals the edges.
That’s how Italian nonnas do it ๐Ÿ˜‰

  3. I want to try all three recipes ๐Ÿ˜Š๐ŸŽƒ the ravioli sounds so interesting & looks amazing

  4. another shout out from Julien Solomita, on the hilary clinton video on his channel๐Ÿ˜Šโค๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’™

  5. I made the pumpkin ravioli recipe last sunday and it was SO GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD ! I want to eat this everyday for the rest of my life!

  6. You two are so awesome, and talented when it comes to food and even the filming. You both never cease to amaze me. Thank you. ๐Ÿ™‚ Christine

  7. I still find it odd to use Pumpkin in a sweet dish. Here in Aus it’s a food we use all year round, and pretty much only in savoury dishes. My fave ways to use it are still a good old pumpkin soup, or roast pumpkin (very well cooked, a little black and caramelised) eaten cold in a sandwich the next day lol.

  8. ravioli looks divine, however I’m gluten-free. the pumpkin muffins I made today, they were amazing. Only thing is I swapped coconut sugar for black strap molasses (I have a nice big bottle) and instead of allspice I used clove

  9. I know you’ve said this in one of your vlogs on your channel BUT i can never remember what you said so my question is do you measure out cashews before or after they’ve soaked? i also feel like I should say that I’ve been watching for so long now and I’m loving seeing you guys grow as a channel! I feel proud haha

    1. hot for food thank you for the response. I guess I will just watch your videos and dream of the food lol ๐Ÿ™‚

    2. that SUCKS! ummmm not really. Maybe all spice or cloves… they’re much stronger though. I mean CINNAMON really is essential :/

  13. Do you think I could make the ravioli without nuts? Perhaps with tofu? My friend has a nut allergy and I really want to make these.

    1. Update: I made them with tofu instead and used a little bit less of the veggie broth and they were a hit ๐Ÿ™‚

  14. Made the ravioli last night! I’m going to do it again next time with butternut squash. Pumpkin isn’t my favourite but I’m so happy I know how to do this now!
