  4. If I ate that in a day I would pass out from hunger, how do you maintain weight by eating less than a squirrel. Smoothie and fruits for breakfast, bread and cucumber for lunch, Rice and peppers for dinner, fantastic. Im surprised your not malnourished

  6. I believe you may have done one before, but I’d love to see what your kitchen staples are. Foods, spices, etc that you keep on hand to use in quick/time sensitives dishes.

  7. please please please do a video on dating a non Vegan, how do you manage it? I’m so confused on how to handle things. I must still buy meat n cook it anyway even if I’m not eating it oh it’s so complicated. then in the future – our kids? I feel like I’m going to fail going vegan surrounded by an entire family of meat lovers, he literally has a bbq every weekend. more if he could! (he’s also into bodybuilding, so we aren’t even talking small portions of meat!) HEEEEELP ME PLEEEEASE

  12. If you’re using un-waxed thin-skinned cucumbers such as the one you used, or the smaller Persian variety, you should keep the skins on. The skins contain a ton of vitamins and minerals, especially silica.

  14. Ok I NEED to know what kind of mandolin you have!! I actually did slice off the tip of my finger with my mandolin while slicing cucumber because my “gripper” thingy didn’t grip the cucumber and so I didn’t use it and ended up in the ER!! :(. Help a sista out please!!

And I especially like it, because it just makes the recipes seem eve more delicious because we see you actually making the dish for yourself instead of just for a video. (Even though I know you actually like and eat the stuff… I’m not making any sense, am I? :P)

  16. sick of people freaking out over oil, VEGANS/VEGETARIANS don’t eat meat, the fact they use oil here and there – they’re well below the threshold for consuming too many fats.
