  3. It would have been better if you mention quantity of all ingredients while prpeparing and mentioning for how long each cooking steps take. Without these the cooking is incomplete.

    The cashew nuts are not mentioned any where in the recipe
    And the tomatoes are not mentioned in the ingredients.
