  1. Just made that chia seed pudding without the pb and yogurt. I added it into the chocolate mix cuz i didn’t have yogurt. It was delicious.

  2. just a suggestion when you are cooking the tofu add the dry spices while the water in the tofu is drying up. it helps the tofu has more of the flavour πŸ™‚

  3. loved this but be careful buying baby carrots!!! most are washed with chlorine to rid themselves of germs during their cutting process πŸ™ even some “organic” brands can be washed with chlorine or other chemicals in some instances. always best to buy full organic carrots and cut them to the size you want!!

    1. Jolene Martin if you’re okay with gluten try seitan and there is a type of tofu style product made from chickpeas I think it’s called Burmese tofu I may be making that up but look up chickpea/garbanzo tofu – peaceful cuisine has a recipe πŸ˜€

  5. i want to go vegan but dont understand the diffrence between not wanting to due to killing animal or use of natural process a cow must be milked and chicken lay eggs. plus i know about the abuse and neglect to the people who pick vegean, vegetarian food include kids and how other countries people starve and have to grow on because its food is going out to usa,australia etc counties that have prime food realestate. i guess ill just go with it because i want to for spiritual reasons.

  14. i loved and did all of your meals for myself, but…i hated the chocolate pudding, what made it taste gross for me was the vega protein, it made it taste chalky and it was overly sweet from the stevia (i hate stevia). but i did it again with flavorless vega protein powder and i loved it. So for those who did it, here is another option πŸ™‚
