1. I LOVE olives. Went to Zehrs.. misread the little self serve “olive bar” pricing lol and got to the checkout.. my plastic container was $15!!!?? Lol! So good though. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  2. My apartment came with no microwave and I’m too cheap to buy one and too lazy to use the stove top lol. So yes please more no heat meals ^___^

  3. Well, I went vegan months ago because I have a multitude of health problems that I thought veganism would help, but now I’m totally hating life. I have oral allergy syndrome (which means I can’t eat raw fruits and vegetables), a severe nut allergy, gastroparesis (which prevents me from consuming fibrous foods, fatty foods, and large amounts of food at any time), and a poor ability to break down plant proteins. Before switching to veganism, I ate white meat and eggs as my main sustenance. Now I’m surviving off of rice, potatoes, and steamed veggies and not much else. And since I can’t eat enough of those foods in one sitting to keep up the calories, I feel weaker and more lethargic than I’ve ever felt in my life. No meat, no dairy, no raw produce, no nuts, no beans or legumes. Not sure what else I can do or eat. Help?

    1. I feel your pain. ๐Ÿ™ I have a oral allergy syndrome too, and I’m also allergic to a lot of nuts. Look into more rice-based dishesโ€”rice noodles, mung bean noodles, sweet potato noodles, congee, medium firm and silken tofu, maybe lentils for protein? Lentils have some fibre too, so maybe it might trigger your gastroparesis. I eat a lot of blended soupsโ€”maybe look into that? GP diets are not very vegan friendly, but if your body really can’t sustain itself on a vegan diet, it is what it is. Do your best to do as little harm as you can with your diet. Maybe see a dietitian or a naturopath for some professional medical advice?

  4. I despise olives and really don’t like cilantro at all, but I love the cilantro lime rice, pico de gallo, and guac from my work which all have hella cilantro

  5. As I write this I am actually boiling the macaroni, lol. I found your channel from a new vegan friend I made online, they recommended it to me and a few other people. I can’t wait to try the Guacaroni. And I just want to thank you for these cool recipes, because as a teen it’s hard to find easy cheap vegan foods. Keep up the great work, I love your videos!!

    And yes I do like olives… I don’t go out of my way to buy them to add to things but if it’s on a pizza I love it, if it’s in a greek salad…they are ok…. sometimes I find them too bitter.
    I’ve actually wondered if you can get olives without the brine… apparently when they get picked from the tree they are SUPER hard and so they have to go through this process to become soft and then they put them in the brine. Anywho I’d love to try an unsalted olive! Haha maybe someday in Greece I can go to an olive farm and ask for some! xD

  7. I’m not sure if you did it, but warming a tortilla for about 10 seconds in the microwave makes them much more malleable. I used to tear tortillas all the time when wrapping them, but after I started doing this, I haven’t torn a single one yet.
    That guacaroni looks sooo good. Definitely have to try this with the avacados I have.

  8. I am always on the go, so I often need meals that I don’t need to heat up. I am going to try these meals. I never use black beans, I am going to buy some and give it a go. Also, I love olives.

  11. Rose, do you have like a master list of which recipes are in which videos? Just wondered, cuz I was looking for your curry recipe (found it) and noticed how many videos have multiple recipes that aren’t indicated in the titles so it can be hard to go back through and look.

  12. I’m making the banana oat cookies you showed. Sadly it’s not vegan cuz I added peanut butter chips which contain milk but next time I’ll definitely make it with vegan chocolate chips!

  13. So I have been craving vegan food for some reason, I just made brown rice, tomatoes, black beans, and corn. I’m gonna get a head of lettuce and have that with it for my dinner tonight. Right now just having a bowl of it for a snack. hehe! I figured if I started eating healthier I might loose a bit of the weight I gained.
