    1. coconut oil is very healthy, some fats are healthy, like saturated but it has to be organic, unrefined, not refined.

  9. More than 1/2 teaspoon of tamarind juice is listed on your website but you seemed to have added a lot more. Otherwise thanks for recipe.

    1. It’s 1/2 teaspoon of tamarind paste, not juice. When soaked this will yield more juice depending on how much water you’ve used.
