  1. The baked sweet potatoes were AMAZING, definitely my new fave meal πŸ™‚ ps as always this is only my Pre/Post workout meals, not everything I ate on this day! Thanks for watching!

    1. Tess Begg you motivated me to start with doing some sport again just little by little but I started and I wanted to say thank you for the inspiration and work out ideas πŸ™‚

    2. Tess Begg might I ask where you get your acai? I know you didn’t make a smoothie bowl in this video but I live in Australia too and I can only find Acai powder from coles. Thank you πŸ˜‰

  2. Your deadass perfect 😍like you don’t even wear makeup 😭so chill and smart to😩ur bfs real lucky lmfao I sound thirsty af but irdcπŸ˜‚πŸ˜

    1. Pat Martin – See, that’s a problem with your generation. You have no patience to teach, even if you have anything slightly interesting to add to the world. Everything is just Lol. Thanks anyway. Why do you kids all mimic each other, if nothing means anything anyway? Sad.

    2. +Samuel Luria every generation has problems. If you want to say that being “thirsty” is a problem that’s fine by me. Every generation has new phrases that the older generation never understand. So in reality does it really fucking matter? I could think of a lot more “problems” that the older generation have, if not the older maybe the younger, or maybe everyone should stop arguing and pointing figures, blaming each other for “problems” when most likely they’ve contributed to these “problems” themselves. πŸ–•

    3. +Samuel Luria Well if you look up it up as I’ve pasted below – seems to mean when someone feels dry and needs a drink or something usually the case of water.

      thirstΒ·yˈTHΙ™rstΔ“/feeling a need to drink something.”the hikers were hot and thirsty”synonyms:longing for a drink, dry, dehydrated;

    4. +Samuel Luria no response ? I get that a lot after someone tries to start an argument with me. I think it has something to do with me being so real some people just can’t handle it, like yourself, now THAT is sad..

  3. The baked stuffed sweet potatoes looked AMAZING! Too bad that I feel like I want to throw up whenever I eat before a workout 😒 but then again, I could always have them post-workout too!!

    1. Cassie Autumn awwwe! You should always wait an hour before training when eating, if you make them post workout have some potatoes already baked and just reheat them otherwise you’ll be waiting forever for them to cook

  4. Really enjoyed the video and especially the workout portion, the music went nicely with it and your energy makes me want to start working out too!

  5. Those sweet potatoes looked absolutely amazing and so yummy! Definitely going to be trying them out πŸ™‚

  6. Girl you continue to give me life!! You know I love these what I eat in a day videos… I’m not Vegan but every day I find myself making more of your recipes

  7. Hey everyone, I was wondering if you could help me? I noticed that I have gained a lot of unsightly fat around my hips like love handles and there is a significant amount of cellulite on the back of my thighs. Could you link me to any workouts that might help with this?

  8. can i eat the post workout meals even if i haven’t worked out ? i always have a hard time allowing myself to eat on days that i don’t work out on

    1. emilija eiduka yesss! These aren’t just meals designed for working out only. Can be eaten any day no matter what πŸ™‚ if you arent exercising you still need fuel + fuel to recover your muscles from exercise

  9. You’re not only inspiring me to workout, you’re inspiring me to buy some sweet chilli sauce and add it to everything ahaha

  10. I really don’t want to be negative here, but this is more of an advice: this isn’t a “butt and leg workout”, really. With the amount of different exercises with only a few sets, and using a lot of light weight in most of them, you really aren’t breaking down the muscle fibers in your lower body, you’re just burning yourself out. Try to do more sets of fewer exercises, but give them YOUR ALL. I think you really will improve your body and your strength that way!

    1. Lara Arar Thanks Lara for your concern but I know what I am doing, I exercise for my body and I like to exercise this way and it’s working for me! This was just a *quick* workout for me. This IS a butt and leg workout since I’m working out those muscle groups…. I DONT need to lift super heavy or do 3-4 sets of the one exercise every time I train. I do give my training my ALL hence my progressπŸ˜‚ how can you judge my body and strength via a workout video? Remember everyone is different and exercises differently, there are many ways to grow muscle for different people. I personally don’t like lifting heavy for lower body, upper body I lift heavy though. Thats my personal choice

  11. That booty bun tho πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘

  12. I really want to go vegan, not only to lose weight, but because I tried it for a week and it felt amazing. I ended up running out of ideas on what to eat and ended up going back to eating meat (because I live with my parents). I was thinking about buying your ebook, but I have one question. How do I keep up with how much I should eat? I usually cannot eat a lot at a time. Is it better to just have small portions through the day (if so how many times) or just eat when I am hungry? I am not sure how to begin this journey?

    1. Diana Rawrr just do whatever is most comfortable for you. if you like having many small meals in a day do it. make sure you have enough variety and take a b12 supplement πŸ™‚

    2. How have you gone with this girl? Did you buy her Ebook? I am really intrigued by the vegan diet – I have been eating mindfully for a while now – I just really love plant based foods – also protein though – I would love to know how I maximize my intake only eating vegan….

    3. Leesha McGuiness ensure you eat enough calories (2000minimum) eat a variety of whole foods and take a b12 supplement and thats the basis of it really. You can for the first week track on cronometer your intake to ensure you are getting more than enough calories and nutrients πŸ™‚ Eating plant based is far more maximising vs eating animal products. Plants are so nutrient dense and full of fibre vs animal products which cause disease and havoc within the body and contain no fibre and aren’t as nutrient dense!

    4. @Tess Begg Would not have thought to take a B12 supplement – Thank you so much for your information and for sharing all your recipes πŸ˜€ Loving your channel girl! I have no idea what a cronometer is .. I will have to look into it!

  13. Tess, I want to ask you something! I love your videos very much and I’m curious about one thing – I know that you eat only healthy and organic and my question is – did you become vegan to help the animals, or because you wanted to be healthy or both?
    I hope you’ll answer me, I love u soo much! hope you’re having a good day/nightπŸ’˜

  14. Do you write out your workouts before you go to the gym or do you just figure it out once you’re there?

  15. Where do you find your workouts/workout inspo? You look super fit, and I know I’m not the only one who wants to know lol

  16. OMG Great tip on the sweet potatoes! Looks amazing πŸ˜€ You are inspiring me to try becoming vegan – and that’s a big call for me – I love meat protein! XX

  17. That 1 leg seat squat is difficult!!! I tried it few times and couldn’t get my balance right :/ does anyone have some tips how to manage that?
