  1. Long time no watch hahahah it’s only been a week but feels like forever! I hope you enjoy this video ๐Ÿ™‚ Haven’t been filming anything as you may know if you have me on Insta that I’ve been looking after my grandmas dog who is completely blind and just had surgery, was quite stressful and very upsetting at first but Mickey the dog is happy, healthy & pain free now! Thanks for watching and the constant support <3

    1. neurotics are the spice of the world. the sensitive souls, the ascetics, the never quiters, the bullied quiet kids in school misunderstood by other, the purists. i’m neurotic too, but thing is i have none of their obsessive compulsive persistence, and i’m lazy and defeatist like hell.

    2. Tess Begg love the video but I’m confused by your phrasing at the end. are you saying that the total of the two meals pictured came to 2000 or that your total calorie intake for the entire day was 2000 calorie? they looked yummy so I’d love to know!

    3. jeez =O only 2 meals 2000kcal? how many do you usually eat in a day? that’s like my whole “budget” !! xD

    4. Btw, I don’t have a ball, what do you think I could do insted of straight leg jack knifes and knee tucks? thank you <3

  2. Is it important to have pre/post workout meals I hate eating after working out because I cuts off even with the hard work I put into my workout.

    1. Mimi Martinez you NEED to eat, it’s fuel for your body to thrive. Not eating results in your body eating away at itself and muscles and that will ruin your progress. You should always eat something before exercising even if it’s something small, after training though it’s important to eat asap to restore your bodies electrolytes and protein stores to rebuild muscles!

    2. +Tess Begg thanks I do eat regular meals three times a day and I do exercise at noon/night time-ish so I will consider having a snack after thanks replying to me and helping me out. (p.s you are my inspiration) <3

  3. I seriously love all your videos!! you have no idea!! ๐Ÿ™‚ so happy to see you back after a week off!! hope the dog will be okay xx

  4. Hey girl! Love your videos! How long did this workout take? And how often do you workout? What’s your routine like? Thank you! ๐Ÿ’–

  5. Pleaseee please keep making these , your the only person so far on yourube I’ve found with the same workout style as me.

    1. Kyla Turner google plant based iron sources, all plant foods contain iron so if you eat enough you’ll get more than enough! Vitamin D you get from the sun, if you aren’t in a sunny environment then vegan supplements ๐Ÿ™‚

  6. loooved that video. especially the pre workout meal:) going to try it out tomorrow:) thanks for the inspiration. love alana

  7. did you do 10mins of skipping in the start of every one of the 3 rounds? (10mins x3). or was it just like one warmup for the rounds with exercises?

  8. Omg you are so amazing!! I cannot eat all those aรงaรญ bowls like you, because my insulin resistance, but arght, love your channel so much! โค๏ธ

  12. I have been meaning to ask you how you feel about foam rolling. It has been a game changer for my workouts, and has improved my health and flexibility greatly. Youre still quite young so maybe you dont get as much benefit from it as someone in their late 20s or 30s who needs to put more effort into body maintenance.

  13. ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ˜‹This video made me so hungry! ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸผGreat video love! Keep the great content coming! Can’t wait to see what you do for St. Patrick’s day! ๐Ÿ€๐Ÿ’š

    1. Asia Antinogene because I don’t want/have to? I am still flexible hahah I ate bread for lunch yesterday. I have it occasionally but I prefer to eat whole foods now as I feel much better that way and I also like to cook a lot at home vs going out for food. Last year I was eating a lot of processed refined take a way foods and in the end I didn’t feel 100%, doesn’t mean I regret it but I can now change the way I eat to feel 100% and THRIVE. Also I have wraps all the time which you can see in my videos๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ I’ve been eating this way for the past 6-8 months๐Ÿ˜Š

  14. Tess, how did you get used to eat that much cold food? ๐Ÿ˜ I don’t think I would be able to eat smoothie bowl everyday even tho I love them, it’s like eating ice cream for breakfast ๐Ÿ˜€๐Ÿ˜Š

  15. Hey Tess! Just recently found your channel! Thank you so much for sharing your vegan meals pre and post workout! They look great – love your style of video! Keep doing what you are doing! Xx

  16. Ms Tess, someone asked about how many meals did you plan for 2000 cal, I do not see a reply. I just wondered is all the information we are asking on this, on your Ebook? I am a beginner as a vegan and I am really interested in knowing and learning as I continue to watch your educational videos, which are fantastic by the way. Thank you for all you do to help us all gain a healthy vegan lifestyle.

    1. Brandon Huntsman I rolled off the ball and loads of the people in the gym laughed at me ๐Ÿ˜ฑ haha I did it eventually though. I think it’s just practise

  17. Such an amazing role model for me ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m 16 and love watching your videos! I’ve been doing strength training and I love how you promote eating until you’re satisfied and no restriction!!
