  2. The other thing I forget to mention eating animals not my thing any more. I dont regret sad thing is the family question at the beginning not my children they knew in 2016 survive thank you God of cancer.

I have eating problems and it’s been going on for years, I hate eating meat, chicken litterly everything even tomatoes, onions, potatoes, mushrooms etc. I’m really skinny for my age and not developed at all. I get make fun at school everyday and I try to eat but I just can’t. Few months ago I’ve decided to become vegetarian because it will get me away from animal eating and to be honest ill rather eat vegetables I hate then meat. I thought it was the best decision and that it will help me a lot but my parents disagrees !! It makes me so sad that they can’t support that. They tell me I need protein but being vegetarian is really healthy. Even if I’m not vegan I will still not eat meat and my mom knows that so she wants me to die or something?? Ugh anyways tomorrow I’m getting a doctor appointment. I’ll talk to them and HOPEFULLY my parents agree ;(

  12. Thank you so much for this. I’m one of those who is seeing the need to add more plant based foods to my diet. No plans to go fully vegan (yet anyway) but perhaps more vegetarian. Baby steps…we shall see!

  14. I’m thriving on this plant based lifestyle. My reasons initially were medical. My cholesterol dropped 12 point! I am adjusting to cooking and luv all the info out there to support plant based diet. You are correct though, lots of criticism.. even from own family :(. They look at me like I just said.. “I’m from Mars” No problem I’m doing what’s best for me.

  19. If I blend my vegetables and drink them will I still get the nutrients and fiber from them as I digest them?

    1. @Blazalea Ok ,good ,blending them with water, then drinking them makes consuming my vegetables and fruits faster when I’m on my lunch break at work .

  21. _WARNING!_ eating this way will make you Healthier, Happier & more Compassionate. However, if your goal is to be Sicker, Angrier, and Cruel to animals, keep consuming meat & dairy.
