  2. Personally, I don’t like gyms. They are so crowded and I can’t do my workout there. I decided to take bodyweight training plan from “Agoge Diet”. Training plan is great and I can do it from home. They also give you diet plan which supports your fitness goals.

    1. None of us went vegan because other vegans were nice to us. You have to actually CARE. Most people simply don’t, so they will have to be forced to go vegan. No one will have the choice to exploit animals in the future.

    2. @I Coroa Well, If I actually have control over myself, I have my own decision to be vegan or not. See, I don’t have to be vegan. No matter what happens. I don’t have to. Lions aren’t vegan, why should I be? animals die in the wild its nature, I choose to be the predator, instead of the prey. No matter how dumb my choice may be, it is MY choice.

I’m more of a “let’s make this!” kind of guy so I don’t do a lot of prep for days ahead, but, being a full time YouTuber affords me the time to cook at home (and record it!).   7. Pulses are pretty heave to digest, to break down, for our bodies. Thats why you usually feel down and sleepy after eating them.

  11. You need to hire a better editor or a person that does sound. Your music and voice levels are WAY off. I’m trying to listen to you, but then I get blasted with music.

    You could also get a better sound guy in there also. The Lav isn’t enough. your mouth moves often and having a guy on the mic to make sure we could hear you helps. That or have the Lav mic pointed at your mouth instead. I know it’s nit picky and this is years old but this video lasts a lifetime and I just now ran into it. Quality control is what makes people stand out. Sound can’t be underestimated in videos.

    1. @avantgardevegan fair, It’s just the first video i’ve seen. You never know what video people are going to see first. I haven’t seen any others since last night but I’m sure it’s better now. It gets me every time when I notice things like this. Videos are timeless and small details make a difference. Any ways, Thanks for the reply back.   12. I’m considering going vegan at 24, my main concern is increasing gut health and upping my immune system. I like working out and I’m trying to gain weight and the biggest issue is the eating part for me. Hopefully recipes like these will help 🙂

  14. Beans need way to much space in ur stomach. This is not really efficient. Its not a problem to get proteins as a vegan. Its hard to get enough without filling your body too much. So you need to work with flours or other products that dont have much fibers.
