    1. vivian keep your stomach tucked in and core activated and back against the floor πŸ™‚ focus mentally on it.

  3. How is your eating schedule like what times do you eat ? Cause I’m trying to start working out and eating right. And I’m confused as to when you should eat and when you should stop eating for the day ?

    1. Sophia Garcia there’s no right or wrong time to eat, I eat when I’m hungry and stop when I’m full and it could be any time of the day. I usually have my last meal a few hours prior to sleeping though so I can digest.

    1. Emmy it has a earthy taste and smell πŸ™‚ I love it! You can add it to a variety of things including oats!
