    1. Yours is the best vegan cooking channel. Everything is so colourful, flavourful and nutritious. ❤❤❤

  2. I was told tofu increases estrogen levels, and since I’m estrogen dominant, I can’t do anything to raise my levels. I’m GRATEFUL for the tofu free recipes. Thank you! Nice twist on Musiq Soulchild’s “Settle For My Love” @ the end of your video.

  3. I love that this video is so specific & exactly what I was looking for! Thank you. New to your channel and so happy I found ya!

  4. Food looks great. What can I use instead of jerk beans. Is it possible to use black beans? Do you know how to make meatless meatloaf? Make some great appetizers for small gatherings please? Make some small quiches also please with meatless sausage. Thanks!!!

  5. Rachel, next time try to use wireless mics. Will add up much professional touch to your nice looking content.

  8. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. I’ve been trying to cut down on eggs but I couldn’t find a decent enough substitute. Tofu just doesn’t work for me. I will definitely try ackee.

  9. I needed no tofu no soy. I would love to see more! Rachel I have been enjoying trying your recipes because the food are everyday items and simple well explained recipes. Thanks for sharing!

  10. I will add that using shortcuts like buying meatless meatballs and tomato sauce sub well on those days with little time to spare. Of course freshness such as what you shared is always best!

  13. What amazing ideas! All of them look delicious. Btw, nice intro and outro song, it’s like a mix of a groovy jazz with brazilian funk, just brilliant!

  14. Ackee is bae. I eat it almost everyday for lunch or dinner and use leftovers in a pita wrap with plantains and some sort of humus

  15. I mean wish I had alot of time to make this. Looks like it takes a while just for breakfast. Only people who barely work or work at home can take the time to cook a breakfast like this. My breakfast is just a quick banana, or apple, with coffee and I’m on the go.

  16. in mexico we make the potatoes with the onion, tomatoe, jalapeno and it’s called “papas a la mexicana” 🙂

  17. Just tried out your Aubergine meetballs. Added some Bulgur though to imitate the feel of real minced meat and WOW. The taste and feel is so close to the original. I am so impressed!!!

  18. I absolutely love your videos and the variety of recipes! Happy to see the ‘no tofu’, found out recently that tofu is 7 particles away from being plastic!! Watch what you consume guys, just because it’s a vegan alternative doesn’t mean it’s healthy. Never heard of Ackee so really excited to try that!!

  19. Yes. I’m so happy to see this. I am not a fan of sweet breakfasts. I’ll be making all these for breakfast for dinner tonight! I’m transitioning my husband and young children. This pregnancy has me loving more veggies than ever.
