The Lentil loaf looks good !BUT… I’m gonna have to substitute the flaxseed..I made some low carb brownies with them a few months ago and after about the third brownie I started feeling weird in the chest..I must be allergic and I hate it because it tasted so good! So people watch out for signs of flaxseed allergy.

I am making this tonight for my Christmas but my loaf fell apart after 30 minutes Iβm thinking I need to leave it in longer. will it hurt if I leave it in another 30 minutes

I just donβt like all the plastic used in the Califia almond milk bottle. The milk itself is really good but I make my own to avoid killing the planet with all that plastic.
I just made this lentil loaf last night and it was … really mediocre. Not a ton of flavor and the texture was rather mushy. Considering the end result, it was also was quite labor intensive (all that dicing and mincing – be prepared). Wouldn’t make this again but I love the idea of a vegan holiday meal.
If I went vegan I wouldn’t use coconut milk, I am perry I am allergic to coconut, I get a stomach ache after drinking anything with coconut oil or water in it !! What is other milk or oil I could use instead of coconut!!? These recipes look alsome!!
π Lentil Loaf is so cute. It looks like old-fashion meatloaf I am looking forward to my fave, Butternut squash sausage (apple sage) stuffing! I make it every Thanksgiving now!Totally deliccious.

We don’t celebrate Thanksgiving in my country, but these are great recipes. No odd ingredients that are hard to find. (Okay, these exact milks aren’t available here, but it’s not so hard to find a substitute). Thank you!
I just found your recipe for that lentil loaf and ohmygoodness, it was delicious. The tartness of that glaze reminded me of cranberries, and that loaf was the perfect addition to my plate last weekend when we celebrated Thanksgiving. It was even better the next day for leftovers. If i have’nt rosted coconutmilk, what can i use instead for the rosted aroma?
I use a mix of coconutmilk, sojamilk ans brown roasted almond butter. Very tasty and filling.
