  1. Well.. look at this guy: he looked so bad and unhealthy and now.. go vegan fellas.. or do you need cancer/heart-attacks/strokes e.g. to change to a better you?! But honestly I have to admit he is not eating the healthy vegan stuff considering his fridge content πŸ˜€

  2. wait i love to wear my Flyers jerseys and you say …. ok maybe its a little bit true πŸ˜‰

  3. Stories of transformation are extremely important for “Men’s Health” so it’s great to feature stories like Kevin’s

  4. so he eats a lot of soy and fake meats. That’s not exactly healthy. Veggies and fruits are great…the fake shit isn’t.

  5. 5 years ago I would never have expected Kevin to be connected to Men’s Health. Good for him.

  6. Not trying to get emotional, but he really just inspired me. I have always been overweight and the fact that he just walks every day and just eats healthy and he likes what he eats turn me on to the idea of health and fitness. He made it sound so much easier and a part of life than work. Thank you so much Kevin. Wow❀️

  7. I want to understand how he went about drinking 2 gallons of milk a day. Please elaborate πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  8. I like Kevin but he acts like it’s so easy to quit all this shit “we are trained that everything is a sumptuous banquet” easy to say if your stoned all the time, everything tastes great. It’s not legal most places or professions

  9. Kevin Smith is like Sampson, but instead of strength it was creativity and instead of hair it was fat

  10. Notice how the camera only focuses on the fridge in episodes with sponsored food..You could barely see anything in the Dave East video

  11. Dude is eating mostly processed vegan junk food πŸ˜† may be low calorie (I think he says he eats one meal a day) but not healthy
