  9. It is one year vegan for me, and honestly… oh man. I lost body fat and gain muscles plus my recovery time is 1 day. I am in great shape! Plus I did every 3 months blood test to make sure everything is ok. By lab test were never so good! It’s not easy at the beginning but once you get use to it it’s all gain! You just need to get used to the huge amount of fiber. If you go out with friend and if you don’t eat vegan sometimes it’s not a big deal… because you don’t want to annoy others with your diet. I feel great and will not go back. Vegan is my future. Just remember always take vitamin B12 and D3. 🙂

  10. Thank you for this video. Trying to build muscle by training 6-7 days a week at home. I’ve started to see a slight improvement, but my diet really sucks. For me as a vegan it’s really hard to eat healthy, because I’m lazy and don’t really like to put a lot of effort in food I only cook for only myself, leading to me eating too much pasta (whole grains, but still), and processed foods, for protein. I know I am a good cook, but I lack the motivation.

    That said, I practically never eat fast food anymore, but even still, I eat way too much calories. Maybe I should go back to eating my big bowls of sallad I ate regularly a year ago or so. Contained basically every nutrient one needs, including protein.

  11. I’m not eating meat for a year now, I’m not having any problems with my training, I’m getting better and better, I only noticed one downside. I can’t gain muscles as fast as when I was eating meat. Actually I have more bloated stomach now maybe due to all the carbs from the plants.

    1. Its almost impossible to gain large amounts of muscle going vegan. If you just want to look better, lean its ok.
      I cant stay away from steak life is too short.

  20. No mention here around food combining. Only one guy admits the protein profile/complete protein (all the aminos necessary to maintain or build muscle). Plus, some of these guys are clearly on gear…how do I know? Because I competed and easily spot a truly natural bodybuilder vs guys on drugs.

  25. Eating high volumes is not possible for me due to Crohn’s and surgeries.
    Desperate to gain some weight but even my health pro cant help me. Medical high calorie and protein drinks or tube fed😝
    Going to try that shake for extra kcal’s!
    I already use 600 kcal vegan meal shake and vegan protein shakes on top of my meals. It keeps my weight stable but i want to gain so i can built muscle and have some spare if i get sick;)
