  10. I am vegan for almost an year now except 1-2% cheat which I can’t avoid. I am surprised with its benefits. All that protein hype is fake. I am actually lifting more weight with lean body than before. For example I have increased my deadlift from 80kg to 120kg with good form just in 2-3 months I am not taking any protein supplement.
