  1. Iโ€™m slowly transitioning, Iโ€™ll need to purchase a plant based protein soon. Could you do a video/ review on the ones youโ€™ve tried? Also have you tried Blessed protein? I keep seeing fitness vloggers rave about it- but a lot of them are sponsored by the company so Iโ€™m iffy.

  6. Yea….I’m trying not to eat it…but at the same time….uf ur out and they have chicken u want to have the liberty to do so. But meat makes me feel so weighted.

  7. I cannot, and I mean CANNOT drink anything thatโ€™s milk, ppl tell me itโ€™s weird but I tried and I canโ€™t. Any suggestions on what I can use in its place to get that nutrition value.

  13. I have also been trying to get my family into a plant based whole grain diet. Down to only one meat recipe a week. Almost at my goal of Zero. Thank you so much for your video and the recipe ideas. As I say at the end of my videos, “Be heathy and keep on cooking”. ๐Ÿ™‚

  20. I’m predominantly starch plant based but I’ll eat meat once in a while or if I’m invited to dinner somewhere which I find so freeing

  21. I have a serious question… and I would appreciate your response … since you are a vegetarian I was wondering what you would stock up on in a pantry situation in case we have an emergency food supply… I know that you could stock up on flour, spices, canned goods, beans, rice, pasta, etc….
    What I am asking is what would you hoard for future since you’re vegetarian..Or Do you see yourself going back to eating meat if in case you need to?
