  2. I just downloaded the cookbooks. There are so many yummy recipes. Even if you don’t want to go full vegan this is a great way to add little pizazz to your table. Great combos that complement the essential amino acids needed in our diet and lots of veggies for vitamins and minerals. Not to mention, the plates are eye candy. Tish is a genius.
