  12. Easiest way to destem a tomato is to push and roll the base of it under the leaves with your thumb, learnt from my job where I had to make 20-30kg batches of pico de gallo from scratch every day

  13. If you cut tomatoes always cut from top to bottom or the other way around to prevent the seeds coming out, also remove the stem it can cause cancer
