I just wanted to check with the mac and cheese if it’s 3 tablespoons of corn starch? My sauce came out very thick so not sure if it was too much! Thanks and love the recipe

Easiest way to destem a tomato is to push and roll the base of it under the leaves with your thumb, learnt from my job where I had to make 20-30kg batches of pico de gallo from scratch every day

Just add extra liquid if needs be! It might be that you cooked it for a bit too long xx

How many people does the risotto recipe serve?
If you cut tomatoes always cut from top to bottom or the other way around to prevent the seeds coming out, also remove the stem it can cause cancer
