Thank you so much for the support. Much love!

    1. Simnett Nutrition I hope you can post some workout videos from home without gym equipment. Some of us, like me will be spending the next few weeks at home closed in. I don’t want to lose anything that I’ve gained in the last two months working in the gym how do I work my biceps triceps and deltoids at home?

    2. Simnett Nutrition creatine helps you bulk? yea no duh, it’s ONE of the muscle building properties of beef. YOU know that, Derrick. 100% you know that.

    3. Simnett Nutrition β€” no offense dude, but this makes you a liar. (btw, try out carnosine & taurine next! those are also amino acids you lack on the diet you push.)

    4. Hi Derek , congratulations on your Equalizer bars . Far out man ! Been fallowing you sense last year and I must say I can’t get enough of your videos . You and the other guys .. seen all your guy’s videos when you guys went to LA California. Keep up the good work. P.s I like the banana 🍌 idea on the bars. Avocado πŸ₯‘ would have been cool idea too. πŸ‘

  2. Hate the noise you are making in the bacground of this video, it has nothing to do with music, shows ypor limited taste!

  3. Dude, your videos always give me a laugh at some point lol. Really bummed those bars are sold out :/ Hopefully be able to get them again in the future

  4. awesome! veganpower :))) much respect πŸ˜‰ and im so jealous of where u guys live!!!(even though northeastern ontario is beautiful as well)!! i love how you incorporate the medjool dates into almost every sauce ahahah :))))

  5. Your “Napa Cabbage” is known as Wombok in Australia. Usually stir-fried or in soups in some Asian cuisines. Never seen it eaten raw (not that raw cabbage isn’t delicious!).

  6. Amazing food Derek! Thank you so much for sharing, I will be making all for sure. All the recipes I have tried from you are super delicious πŸ™

  7. Don’t re-use the plastic bags more than a few times because the plastic breaks down and will end up in your food. When they can no longer be used, here in the USA anyway, you can recycle them in bins in the grocery markets.

  8. You joke about breaking your neck, but it happened to a friend of mine and she wore a body brace for 6 months. I care for a gentleman who broke his neck in a bouncy house. Quadriplegic. Ended up in a nursing home around 40 yrs old.

  9. lol every time you kept saying “face down” my mind kept wanting to finish it with “a** up.” lmaooo

  10. Hello. do you think about oxalates in foods? there are a lot of them in vegetable products!

  11. Sooooo I’ve been following you for a while now kinda off and on and I’m so in love with 15:54-16:00. 16:00 specifically because that’s exactly what I was thinking before you said it πŸ˜†πŸ˜†πŸ˜†βœŠπŸΎβœŠπŸΎβœŠπŸΎ wasn’t expecting it from you though love your channel that much more nowπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎ #respect

  12. I’d watch the mustard video. I don’t get it with the tahini obsession with a lot of vegans lol. If I could give up one thing for the rest of my life I’d pick tahini πŸ˜‚. I do love your tofu video you did. I’d love to see low calorie recipes especially desert ideas.

  13. 19:09 Thank you, Derek, for caring about our planet!! No reason to toss that bag out β€” wash & reuse!! πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ

  14. I love your videos! You have such a wonderful attitude about life, your light shines bright brother πŸ’œgreat tips & super fun

  15. Hi. I’m trying not to be pickie; is there an alternative to peanut butter and tahini, nutritionally? I can take those in shakes just not on food like the open sandwich you made.

  16. In addition to tasty recipes, I have enjoyed your Canadian accent so much during Covid….when is that Montana/Canadian border going to open. Our neighbors to the north are soooooo missed.

  17. Hey πŸ‘‹πŸ» loving your videos but I was wondering do you have a healthy recipe for rocky road (vegan obvs haha). Also have a stoma so needs to be easy on digestion?? The stoma is new only at 12 weeks post op so need to be careful with my sweet tooth. Thanks a million πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ˜ƒ

    1. I hope not. I saw you commented this on two videos. I hope you are okay. Please reach out for help if you need it. (800) 273-8255 for the USA and 1-800-273-8255 in Canada.

  18. Dereck: a lot of healthy food going on here!

Me: eating a good old doughnut!!!

  19. Hi Dereck I left a stupid comment and a vr tenacious commenter explained how I could delete the idiotic thing I said so in the future will do so but since I apologized 3 times it’s sort of redundant now. Am active in the vegan community to the best of my abilities; volunteer in a vegan soup kitchen and your recipes and zest for the best life possible of course are inspirational. Currently got briefly caught up in Eric Berg’s son’s escape from Keto and Scientology which was heartbreaking for me since my husband who passed away 5 yrs ago also had such a narrow escape when he was younger. ……. best wishes as always can’t tell you how many recipes I;ve earmarked and even though I will never be an athlete on your level the fact that swimming pools are open again in Ontario Canada is …. incredible so grateful.
