  4. If you are vegan and you not using hemp seeds for a protein source or just extra protein you are doing a huge disservice to yourself. The amount of overall benefit is huge. They digest easily and don’t cause inflammation or digestion issues. Hulled hempseeds taste good and can be mixed into or topped on anything. It can be mixed into anything like salads, soups, smoothies, potatoes or just sprinkled over anything you are eating. Even sprinkling 2 tbsp over the food he made would add 20g of complete protein.

  6. Good tip with tofu is to press out water first to allow it to absorb flavor. Not necessary but worth the effort.

  8. I just took a look at the egg production industry and looking for alternatives, can’t support it after seeing what’s actually happening. Definitely skeptical about how this might taste but i’ve never tried Tofu lol, love avocado though. good vid 👍

  12. tips:
    1. use a tofu press to get excess water out. Even with extra firm tofu, lots of water comes out. If you have too much water in it, it will be less flavorful. (about $20 but worth it if you use it often!)
    2. get black salt to get an eggy taste. you can buy it on Amazon. about $6 for a few months supply. I have not found it at regular grocery stores.

    also, this video is proof that you can be a vegan man and still be muscular 🙂

  13. Add 1/2 tsp of kala namak/black salt at the end and it’ll seem really eggy. I always add it to vegan “egg” dishes.

  14. I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from Agoge Diet so I tried that too. Although I didn’t lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it’s definitely worth trying
