Game changers had a huge impact on me too and now that I switched to plant based whole foods itβs no problem to get enough protein – very liberating!
Iβm taking an online cooking course Forks over Knives to get more skills and knowledge for plant based nutrition/meal planning. I understand the challenges of what you did- you have great attitude and energy! Wow, you are strategizing daily activities, eating, shopping, cooking and trading like a pro!
The trouble with “don’t try to be perfect” is that junk foods that take your health away are addictive which means if you feel the pull towards less than ideal foods you have a voice inside you telling you “try to eat the worst you can”, without a voice inside you saying “try to eat as healthy as you can” how can you counteract that negative pull. There is NO drawback from setting your ideal diet as one that is optimaly healthy as every step towards that you start to feel and perform better, every step in the other direction leads to a worse situation on average.
i AHVE BEEN WANTING TO GO VEGAN FOR QUITE SOME TIME BUT YOU HAVE TRULY INSPIRED ME BY YOUR WORDS THAT YOU ARE JUST GONNA TRY MORE PLANT BASED BECAUSE WHERE I LIVE IN THE CARIBBEAN IS VERY EXPENSIVE TO MAINTAIN SUCH AND THE OPTIONS ARE VERY LIMITED
That’s a really good approach to plant base at the end. I’m vegan, but like, it’s not for everyone. I think that as long as you’re trying to make a difference and putting in effort to eat predominantly plant base, then yea, you’re doing amazing.
Going vegan is great but I think some of the things u are eating may need to be replaced with things of the earth that are not hybrid foods. Like Wild Rice, Quinoa, Chick peas, green, red, yellow peppers, Hemp and Chia Seeds Mushrooms etc…seeded fruits, seeded cucumbers..stay away from that white pasta, white rice..not good for you neither is soy or tofu

Much love to him but y eat meat I don’t innerstand that I haven’t ate meat no meat for 2 month bet I’m in better shape and I’m not sick just saying don’t see how it vegan but still eat meat
@dr_agbonese is all over the world curing people with different kinds of diseases and infections, I was a patient of HSV since over 2yrs when a friend of mine directed me to @dr agbonese herbal on YouTube channel so I contacted him and he send me the medication, now am cured totally thank you very much
I agree with all of his sentiments. When I started juicing and transitioning to a plant-based diet people told me I was glowing. Eating plant based makes me feel good from the inside out. Plants are awesome

Pro tip. Pick a day off for grocery day, and clean out and condense your fridge/pantry and pre-prep all your whole foods.

A pressure cooker is your best friend to retain the nutrients in your food and to cut your cooking time.
Iβm allergic to soy. This would apparently make being a vegan quite difficult.
