Oh no! If you havenβt found them at a local Asian supermarket, although it wonβt give the same flavours, you could try using mustard greens or celery leaves. Happy cooking ππ»π¨π»βπ³
Delicious! π We Indians use cumin seeds instead of coriander seeds in the beginning, rest is all very similar. You should try and eat this curry with rice or chapattis or with both but not on itβs own.π
Top notch recipe bro. I thought it was too simple, but you’ve proved me completely wrong! Works really well with Adzuki beans in the place of chickpeas too
This was really good, but not spicy enough for us, so next time I’ll add more chili powder. Also, I was wondering what else could be added for a good mix. Red and green bell peppers? Maybe replacing the chickpeas with lentils would also be good for a variation. It’s a good basic dish seemingly open to experimentation. Take care.
Ours didn’t turn out that dark in color. we reduced the sauce down a bit more and added some tomato paste to it. We love the flavor of the spices. Cant wait to try the next of your amazing recipes π Best wishes from Germany <3
I want to tell you, sir that I learned the proper way to cut different vegetables through your channel lol! I love in particular the way you dice garlic and onions lol! Thanks for sharing your skills!π
Wil demonstrates excellent knife skills in his demo. Great recipe and can hardly wait to make it. Like Wil, I love Indian food, and, also like Wil, I am not Indian, but he sounds like a fantastic chef. Definitely will check out other videos of his recipes and I am even going to subscribe (which I hardly ever do). Thanks!

I’m going to make this in the next couple of days, as it’s my kind of food. I’ll use a couple of pieces of whole wheat naan to scoop it on to.
