    1. little bit of lemon helps but i would cut quarters of the avocado with each meal, if you leave the avocado flesh to the pit it keeps it green, you can leave it in your fridge for up to 4 days

  4. First time seeing your videos, I think. 🙂 I am trying to figure out the best way to do meal prep for myself. This was a great video for me to watch. I think four days is a great idea because it allows some flex in your week for other options. I am learning to like oatmeal, but never watched it being made with all the goodies you put in. I may try that next week. I hope it freezes well… I have a very small fridge. I haven’t seen black lentils yet so now I will look for them. I am working on my own veggie burger recipe/s and lentils are one of the ingredients I am trying out. 🙂 I haven’t done curries yet, but may get to that food group. I really like the burrito bowl prep. I am also trying to figure out what to make with them. Loved your video. I will try to check out more of your recipes before I decide to subscribe.

  5. I confused how the avocado and greens go in in a dish with hot food and stay fresh. The avocado needs soaked in lemon juice first and the greens maybe added last minute right? But inspirational non the less.thanks

  7. If I eat exactly what you are preparing, do I need to restrict my amounts or eat only until full to lose weight. I am trying to determine if i need to still count macros eating this way or just intuitive eat.

    1. Store them in the fridge 🙂 Preferably store the avocado separately in the peels. I used IKEA containers, the 365 series 🙂 They will last for about 5 days

  14. The avocado will be dark within hours! It was a bad idea to put it for a meal prep for 4 days. Obviously she never does it, that’s why she made the big avocado fail.

    1. I think I mention in the video to have it seperate or in the peel. But yes I have actually done this several times, letting the avocado be separate in the fridge 🙂

  17. Nice video, the only problem is I do not want to have the same meal four days long. Bit may be I will do meal preparation for two days.
