  1. My favorite legs movements 🙂 Walking can be very meditating too (depends where you walk…I like nature) biking is good for legs too. And drinking enough water-liquids 🙂 Also eating breakfast…(2-3 times a day helps…vegetables/fruits-berries/porridge/soups and salad, seed-breads so you have good energy for this workout body functions and life itself. Good oils are important for brain function. And if you are really needing something delicious try to find ways of cut down size and how often…When you get better health-body/look/energy level you want to keep it 🙂
