I don’t haver rice lentils available so I used red lentil. It wasn’t cooked enough when the potato were done. I needed up with cooked lentil and mushed potatoes. Suggestion? taste was sooo good.

This was delicious!!! The only thing was that the broccoli was a little too ‘al dente’. I see Gaz usesanother type of broccoli with the long thin stalks. I think next time I’ll add the broccoli earlier, but apart from that it was amazing. Thanks Gaz! Best wishes😊

I did this Arrabbiata pasta last night and would def recommend. Thanks Gaz. Very tasty compared to other similar dishes I’ve made in the past. I think the key things for me were grilling the cherry tomatoes and pepper, using white wine vinegar, and reducing/cooking down the sauce to bring out the flavours and thicker texture. I needed about half the amount of pasta though and only 1 red chilli even though I using like it quite hot (I suppose it just varies on how hot your chillies are – I used the standard big fat red ones from Tesco).
