  8. I made the Japchae recently, I didn’t snap any pictures but I enjoyed making it! I was a bit too light-handed with the flavouring since I was running out of sesame oil, but I have enough ingredients to make it again!! I also used aubergine instead of mushrooms and the marination made them so tasty!!!

  12. Kimchi stew is delicious but Ive eaten it one too many times since it was the easier dish to make and we ALWAYS had kimchi in the fridge LOL

  13. i tried two of this recipes, and they were absolutely bomb, it was a little bit difficult to find all of the ingredients, especially when it comes to kimchi, here in Milan, but the recipe was absolutely worth it.
