    1. Great simple plant based recipes, love itโ€ฆbut you seem to use your microwave a lot. You do know microwave are removing nutrients as well a turning the food carcinogenic? If you want to be healthier, throw it out.I have done it with my partner and it is actually not much of an inconvenience.

    2. @Neelia K I don’t like the taste of it, but to me I would say yes, it is somewhat like low-sodium tamari sauce or soy sauce. I like the coconut aminos, but it’s pretty expensive.

    3. @Arco Lan Thank you for stating what to me is the super obvious. I just get tired of saying it and am very discouraged that people so into health keep talking as if using microwave ovens was just normal.

    4. @Charity and Love Just like other Truths which are not part off ยซย the agendaย ยป it is up to us to pass on the informations, because the medias and industries surely wonโ€™t touch those ยซย tabooย ยป subject just like for vaccinations, 5G, Wheat, Cows Milk etcโ€ฆSo donโ€™t discourage, know that you are helping your fellow menโ€™s and womenโ€™s by passing on the Truth who would otherwise be unheard off.

  2. I think that breakfast would put me in a diabetic shock! But it looks yummy. I Will definitely be trying the chickpea cheese.

  3. I like this guy! not pretentious. no chef style meals here but definitely looks edible and affordable.

  4. Trying to go full plant based but very confused on low carb/high fat (olive oil and avocados) or high carb/low fat? I’m 59….gained weight during menopause….lost 30 in a bad way and now trying to establish a healthy lifestyle but still need to lose 6 pounds. It’s been 4 weeks (PB) and the scale hasn’t budged. Iโ€™ve been listening to advice from various vegan experts and Iโ€™m just very confused which way to go.

  5. By the way,! Sunday is not the 7th day! Sunday has always been the First day of the Week. God video..thank you.

  6. Our Natural Diet is one that is:
    1. Appealing to the eyes. ๐Ÿ‘€
    2. Fragrant to the nose. ๐Ÿ‘ƒ
    3. Delicious to the taste. ๐Ÿ‘…
    4. Easily acquired. ๐Ÿ–
    5. Can be eaten AS IS. ๐ŸŽ

  7. I could do without the appearance that it tasted amazing. Especially considering heโ€™s eaten it 6 days a week for 33 years. Iโ€™m having to go to a plant based diet foe health reason and Iโ€™m very discouraged with how terribly unbelievable these people are at convincing me that it tastes good. Iโ€™m currently coming to grips with the idea that if it tastes good, itโ€™s probably bad.

  8. Hi. Do you realise that Almond Milk brand has a very bad ingredient. Have a look can’t remember what it’s called but it’s so bad for you.

  9. Maybe for some, but not for anyone with metabolic syndrome… Sugar, grains, and seed oils, all cause inflammation, and even if sugar is so called, natural from fruit, it can cause disasterous results.

    1. @Antioxidant Fool Yes! Meat also raises blood glucose, but at a slower rate than other foods that contain carbohydrates. BTW, everything breaks down into sugar when the body metabolizes any food. I’m a carnivore, and eat mostly meat, and greens, and still my glucose will rise, but not as high when eating a higher carb meal. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

    2. @Cindi Hunter

      Depends. But generally yes.

Interesting how you know that, but then kill yourself with a high flesh diet that has literally zero supporting studies

    3. @Antioxidant Fool I myself, am a T1 Diabetic was a vegan for over 30 years, now that I’m older, I am unable to eat a vegan diet, not even fruit because my glucose levels will raise for hours. Lentils, fruit, sweet potatoes, carrots, all natural will harm my body and is not a sustainable for me. I’m now 62, and my glucose levels are normal because I gave up the vegatarian diet. It’s taken me awhile to adapt to, but I’m now not overweight or experience the diabetic complications that I did before when going vegan.

  10. Everything looks and sounds wonderful. Not sure why people waste their time commenting negative words on here.

  11. Dr. Eric Berg would have passed out by now seeing so many carbs in one meal. (I am very allergic to chick peas so I’d need a substitute).

  12. As a relatively new vegan (long-time vegetarian) I’ve been trying to embrace chickpeas as they’re so versatile, but my digestive system does NOT like them! How long does it take to adapt to them? Your use of chickpeas looks yummy!

  13. Of course heโ€™s a โ€œFirefighter!โ€ What else could he have been? ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’š๐ŸŒฑ

  14. Yip, one can be a vegan on boiled potatoes or rice (sold ready to eat too), canned beans, and raw veggies and fruits, and a sprinkle of spices or fresh herbs. You hardly have to cook to eat healthfully. Nowadays, I spend less time cooking and less money at the supermarket. I lost 15 lbs without trying, during the pandemic. I wish I had found about whole food plant based nutrition earlier. Highly processed foods are actually expensive. Have you noticed how much chips and other snacks cost? And they donโ€™t fill you up the way whole foods do. Meat has become more expensive this year too.

  15. I worked for many years in construction. I became vegan 3 years ago and just 6 months ago I incorporated fish 2 or 3 times a week and no other substitute.. just to make a point, I work along some of the most narrow minded stubborn co workers that only had doubt and negativity about my plant based diet. They would purposefully talk about what they were eating in front of me to put it in my face. Regardless of their ignorance I was vegan and outperformed these guys daily with some of the most demanding work. Once you prove to be successful or even better than you were with a plant based diet people start to believe in what your doing. Vegan does not make you small or weak. You just have to eat properly. Making the choice to go plant based has improved my life through and through and it has also made a lot of people around me more conscious about their diets. Even though I eat fish a few times a week now I still feel alot better and healthier and that Iโ€™m still making 90 percent good choices with my diet.

  18. Four years 100% Plants after prostate cancer surgery aged 43. I now have no prostate and no cancer. luckily I had my kids first. I made a full recovery. That’s where plant based comes in. Zero lasting side effects from surgery. Full urinary and sexual function recovery very quickly. I got a second chance to live well. Plant based gave me the energy to eat sleep and move correctly and I have never been healthier in my life. Rip, Plant based news and other youtube influencers started me on my journey and got me through. I went into it overnight with no turning back and that’s down to the support from these videos. I lost all my other maladies on top of that. I was pre diabetic and suffered daily from GERD and lower back pain. From a beer drinking couch potato, It’s all hiking, yoga, cold showers and plants these days. Thank you Plant Based News. If I can do it anyone can. Plant based first, the rest will happen naturally. Good luck.
