  14. I made the Creamy Mushroom Vegan Chicken sauce this evening. It was fabulous! Even my non-vegan family members loved it. I’ve made all three and they all were delicious but this one is my favorite. I didn’t have white wine so I substituted veggie broth. It was still delicious. Thank you. Can’t wait to get your cookbook.
