    I hope you enjoy today’s video. I wrote all the meal details for this video in the description box with macros + measurements per meal…I hope you feel inspired to get in the kitchen.
    Let me know what you would like to see next? Should we make the meal prep videos more often, or do you prefer the FDOE? or Both?

    1. What is the texture supposed to be like? I feel like mine may not be coming out how it is intended. Mine is sort of rubbery. I’m kneading by hand. Could I be doing something wrong?

    2. Anyone promoting nature is an angel. We need more machines protecting our wildlife from being slaughtered. Notice how words like vegetables and vegetarianism etc sound so bland. And words like T-bone and roast and Lamborghini etc sound so much cooler? Because everything is back to front. Your strength is immense because of the odds we all face when being born into this world.. Your really challenging!

  2. I LOVE that one of your meals is called “BIG SNACC!” lol. I always find that I get tired of eating the same things over and over so videos like this are helpful for high protein, there’s only so much beans and tofu I can eat lol.

  3. I find it hard to get my protein because it’s so much easier to eat bread and other carbs. I think I get enough, but I could get more. Thanks for the video!!

  6. Hi. I’m trying to transition from pescatarian to vegan, but I also need to stay away from soy and avocado. No one does these videos without using soy based products or sneaking an avocado in some how. Can you do a meal prep without these ingredients?

  7. Thanks for the video, just a quick comment, there is protein in everything that we eat and people usually don’t have protein deficiency, it’s more important to make sure to have enough fiber.

  9. Thanks for sharing this! I’ve been trying to learn how to meal prep and glad I came across this video! One question: I don’t use a microwave. How do you heat your meals up the day you are going to eat them?

    1. I do use microwave… However if you don’t, You can totally heat it up in a pan. If you have glass containers, some of them are oven safe and you can just reheat in the oven. ❤️

Hey, lots of these are processed foods… i’m moving away from processed foods (can’t believe any food company especially the vegan guys)… can you do fully natural non-gmo stuff without the influence of a food company and more importantly without the influence of the crazy fakely climate labelled guys..

  14. Why is west obsessed with eating cold foods, breakfast especially? Thats worst thing for digestion, especially in the morning ^^ I get it during summer, but yearly is not reccomended.. Refer to ayurveda for more info and help your body instead.. “Digestion itself is a process of cooking food.” Why would you then do opposite? Try room temperature or warm. Our body and stomack is around 37 celsius, the more far away food is from that temperature the more strain on digestion to counter temperature difference and bring to balance back.. Other than pleasure in summer days its really not useful generally..

    I like the vid BTW, simple recepies, just referred to cold straight away beacuse i see it everywhere xD this unhealty trend should stop! lol 😀

  18. I enjoyed this video, gave me ideas, I’m not that creative and get bored. Would like to see you do another one. Most fitness follows are not vegan which leads me back to my old habits and no results.
