  4. Oh my Yah! I was looking for your butternut squash white been soup! 🍜 You mentioned it on the first video of yours that I watched but you didn’t link it or call it by name! Well I got it now and I’m gonna make that soup! I can’t wait!! πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸœ

  5. So , new here. I had a brain tumour in the pituatory which was recurrent for five years and was really dealthy sick on a ventilator for weeks. My right lung collapsed. I have severe asthma.
My weight increased by 30kg through steroids and a LOT of alcohol dealing with grief of my own illness, death of my grandparents and sudden death of my stepfather I was so close to. !
Now needing a direction. Want to lose weight but also hate animal cruelty.
Loved your video on how to start. But how do you keep going ???
Also the basics in your kitchen would be a helper. And what to avoid on eating out ? I’m so confused living In Australia, many companies say their vegan but not. Don’t know how to choose products.

  6. Nice recipe ideas! If you’re ever at a loss for which video to make next, you could definitely dive deeper into each of these. I would have enjoyed more details.

  7. I use a very similar tofu crumble that I add to marinara sauce for pasta. Don’t worry, you don’t taste the soy sauce. Delicious.

I love that these are realistic weeknight meals!

  8. enjoying your vegan suggestions!
you look so radiant and healthy due to your excellent food choices and also the wide variety in your beautiful and colorful veggie bowls.
try sharing with schools and governments to change the school lunch programs to include more vegan
choices or try to add an actual mandatory class for 7 th-12 th grade students whereby your videos could be incorporated along with teachers showing children all the many many vegetables. This class might also talk about the soil and water and organic farming which may get more children interested in science and climate and pursuing a healthy lifestyle.

ps please mention (if you haven t already)
to use Only Organic to avoid pesticides and show all the necessary steps in prepping all the veggies the washing and cutting up and how to store leftover veggies…

  9. Love your book, recipes and videos! Also love your top. It’s so cute! Please share where you got it and who makes it πŸ˜πŸ™
